Waited 15 minutes at customer service. After waiting this long a cashier told me it would be another 30 minutes before someone could help me. Very disappointing since this is the closest grocery store to me.

Employees never said anything to two black boys, no older than 20, riding the store scooters and laughing. As a white person, I didn't say anything to them in fear of being labeled a racist and accused of racial profiling. There are elderly or handicapped people in town who shop there who might have needed to use them.

Zero cashiers on site. If I had known that when I entered I would not have filled my cart. Next time. No cashiers, I walk out. Senior citizen with some mobility issues needs help at checkout.

I like shopping at Food Lion. Utilizing all their saving options (members card, coupons you can print out, other good deals)makes it an economical place to shop. Produce is always fresh - same as their meat, and there's always an associate to help. Checkout is easy and always friendly. ☺️
