By Far the Worst Service Department! Scheduled an Oil Change close to a month ago. Waited close to 3 hours to have an Oil Change. Several Customers who came in after me were done before me. Totally Ridiculous!

First Team Provides excellent customer service. I live out of state and they held my 4runner for several days with a deposit. Cameron Goodman sent pictures and updates everyday to show where my vehicle was in the prepping for sale process. I asked that they remove pinstriping that had been added. Cameron sent me a narrated and very detailed video at 8pm the night before I was scheduled to pick it up. He showed that the vehicle was back from detailing and that the pin striping had been removed. My 4runner was stored indoors at their showroom until my scheduled pick up day. These guys are top notch, Mark and Nick were also a pleasure. I love my new 4 runner.

I had an amazing experience at First Team Toyota! This was my first time purchasing a car, and the whole staff truly walked me through every step. As a young adult, I’m so grateful for their knowledge and wisdom on the cars and what best fit my circumstance. Will Allen, Randy, Queira ,and Steve were all a big help in this process. I pray God blesses them for being a big blessing to me!!

VETERANS BEWARE!!!!! DISCRIMINATIVE
Its sad to see discrimination and pre qualification at its worst… 3 salesman sitting on chairs under the cover and intentionally ignore my wife waving one of them over to see a vehicle that’s in the lot.
We have a paid for Toyota we drive in with and brought to THE collision center
Received an estimate for repairs of almost 4k we were planning to turn around and put down on a new 4runner or Land Cruiser hence why she waved them down.
My wife is a 100% disabled veteran and not to mention we just netted six figures on a home sale with a Baby on way and needing to upgrade from our Corolla
But as we waited under sun for a solid 5mins thinking he would actually get up to engage and purchase or at least order the truck she was thinking she wanted .
But instead we drove off and will never be returning because we got back in the car sweaty because we walked a lot and stared in windows without a single person bothering to come over….
Talk about blowing a easy sale
We won’t chase you to spend our money
I will be ordering a Toyota from a different lot as Toyota products are phenomenal
First team Toyota sales team service is just poor

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Toyota dealership, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Tim the salesperson who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable about the different models and options, answering all our questions with patience and expertise. He never pressured us into making a decision, which is something I really appreciated.
What stood out the most was Tim's kindness and genuine desire to help. He took the time to understand what I we looking for and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect car with a great monthly cost. Even after the sale, he made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and offered to assist with any future questions or concerns.
Overall, Tim made the car-buying process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a salesperson who truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend working with Tim.

David Reese is an awesome service advisor! I needed to get my car serviced before returning to work and although there were no appointments available for weeks, David allowed me to leave my car with them for a few days and his team took care of my car when they could, working around their already busy schedules as they were able to and I, in turn, was able to return to work with a car that had needed repairs taken care of and a passed state inspection as well. I am so appreciative of David Reese and his team because many places would have turned me away if they were already booked but they didn’t hesitate to try to find a solution that addressed their needs and mine. I have had my car serviced at First Team Toyota since 2008 and will continue to take my car there as long as I live in this area. Also, happy to know that Nic Scott, my prior Service Advisor at First Team Toyota for years, who was promoted to Service Manager at another First Team Dealership, is back at First Team Toyota as their Service Manager! Both David and Nic listen to customers and take the time to explain things and answer your questions. Customer service goes a long way!
