I want to give a shout out to Jimmy and First Team Honda Team in Chesapeake. Yesterday, my husband purchased a vehicle. Everyone at First Team Honda was very professional from the Salesman, Finance to the Gentleman that wash and prepared the car for us to take home. But, our salesman Mr. James, (Jimmy) Thank you for helping my husband with his vehicle purchase. My Husband went in to have his 2016 Honda Odessey serviced and thanks for to Jimmy and his amazing customer service, my Husband left with a new vehicle. Jimmy is very personable and professional. This place has a horrible service department. Took my 21 pilot in for an inspection was called and told it passed. Then they offered me a rotation , balance and filters to which I declined. I then get a call saying it fails for tires.

Went to First Team Honda looking and come home with a Pilot. The sales person "Jimmy" Trefny, was VERY GREAT! Jimmy helped us in every way and was very knowledgeable about every car that we looked at and test drove. I recommend anyone that is looking for a vehicle go see Jimmy! Must be hard up for business. Have tires for life and was charged $45 for repairing my tire because my bald tire wasn't unsafe enough to get a new one. When I took it to the gas station to pay $25 to have them fix it, they told me the tire was unsafe and should get new ones. Thanks for making the decision easier not to buy another car from your dealership.

Bought my first car here a couple months ago (a beautiful 2019 Nissan Versa) and it's been smooth sailing ever since.
Our salesman, Jimmy, was a fantastic help; it didn't feel like he was overly pushy, and though we did run into a few technical issues at one point, everything worked out okay and I left with the car. That's all that matters! He worked with us well and the communication was extremely helpful.
Everyone was kind and attentive during our time there and we were made to feel like home. Thanks to this great crew.

Went to multiple dealership searching for a vehicle for my son going off to college.
