What can I say? I love me some FedEx. I have been working here for some time now for 3+ years, and I absolutely love my job, my coworkers, and even the customers. FedEx offers great benefits like health care, life insurance, PTO, paid vacation, and even collage reimbursement, to name a few.

They were very nice and because I am in a wheelchair They were nice enough to bring the package into my home for me.

That is were the driver left my package and that is what it looked like. Seems like they don't care about bad reviews because they keep doing what ever they want when to delivering packages to customer.

Same challenges as the last reviewer. Scheduled delivery date of 9/21 delayed to 9/22. No reason given, but no big deal, It happens. Next day 9/22 out for delivery and on the truck by 8:43 AM, then a text update that says delayed due to inclement weather. There was no inclement weather. On the truck on 9/23 at 8:30 in the morning out for delivery. Text update around noon that said attempted delivery, but no one was home. Total baloney. We have cameras everywhere and we were home, two of us, all morning, all day with the front door open. We really appreciate our delivery drivers and are truly understanding of delays, but it doesn’t sit well to be lied to about what’s going on, that’s really the reason for review.

I went to see about picking up my package that had arrived at the facility the previous day, should have been delivered the previous day also, but the next day the trackong details were showing no details and no pending delivery. I went to investigate and hopefully pick it up while there. The staff was exceptionally helpful. They went to the extreme to try to locate the package. I left so they could continue to search and was told they would call me later. They did call me only to tell me they were unable to locate it. They said they were trying to locate the driver in hopes it was on his truck and just was not scanned. They apologized and said to call the retailer and let them know what happened. I appreciated their promptness in addressing the situation, the accountability and the apology. These days it's hard to get that. I ended up getting the package later that day!!!! I wanted to share this because normally the customer service and lack of concern is the opposite of what I got. So thank you FedEx staff for being awesome!!!!!

I cringe every time some thing is shown being delivered by these clowns. They lie about business not being open, constantly. Useless on the phone if you can even get past the infinite looping phone tree designed to get you to hang up.How they are even still in business when USPS looks like a stellar diamond compared to them is baffling.

I had an item that was supposed to be delivered on Friday, June 24th. It arrived in town and was supposed to be delivered on that day. It showed a status of "Out For Delivery" for the next 4 days, until it was finally delivered today, June 28th. I tried to contact the Fedex Ground Hub in Chesapeake and nobody could tell me where the package was or if it would even be delivered today. I would advise anyone looking to buy items online to not have your package shipped via Fedex. It's not worth the trouble.

I had an issue with my package being delivered. They were very professional and helped get my case resolved in a timely manner! I'm glad to know that my packages are in good hands format this experience!

After a recent foot surgery I ordered my once a year allowed pair of shoes. THAT NEVER CAME!! Contacting FedEx was the worst the automated system hangs up on you then if you're lucky enough to get a rep they barely speak English and just tell you it's not fedex fault call the post office because it's a smart ship. Even though the tracking on their own website says "on the fedex truck not USPS" VERBATIM! I am out of shoe support so I have to continue to wear this uncomfortable boot until I can get some lead way. They are the worst!!!

Package marked as delivered and SIGNED for on November 28th. Security cameras don't even show a fedex truck driving past that day. The representative I finally spoke with after 30 min of trying said there's nothing Ican do, it's marked as delivered on my screen sir. Started lost package process and they say it's sitting at this location?HOW IS IT THERE IF I SIGNED FOR IT A WEEK AGO? I call there they say we attempted to deliver 5 times... But it was signed for a delivered the 2nd time? Now it's sitting here? Poorly managed location

My package stated it delivered and it also never delivered like multiple people have had this same issue from this location. I have a front camera that over looks my front yard and neighbors and it never arrived as it says it did. I’m getting the run around on waiting to see if it comes up. Very frustrating & unprofessional that packages aren’t being shipped to the right door or stolen by the staff.
