I had an emergency print job and called FedEx and explained the situation to Rose who said to come right over. Rose was extremely professional and very friendly and printed my documents quickly and expertly.

I never leave reviews, but I felt inclined to do so because of the way I was treated by an individual named Jayden today. I rarely ship things, especially important overnight sensitive things that need to arrive on time and to the right person. This individual was so incredibly helpful and eased my worries about getting the package where it needed to go, on time, and to the right person.If corporate reads this, give Jayden a raise because he is giving FedEx a fantastic name.And if a customer reads this, if you see Jayden working B-line it straight to this individual.

0 stars. The knuckleheads at this store “lost” my package. After filing a claim on the 1st. Ive got nothing but hassle with this company trying to avoid paying me for what they stole or lost in store. Finally I get an answer and I now need to get a waiver from the company it was getting shipped too. This big company just trying to get out of paying the bill for hiring knuckleheads incapable of doing their job.Save the head ache UPS down the road better staff and better customer service. The supervisor after finally getting through the computer generated mess hung up. This company Stinks to see it nicely.

Stopped in today to send an overnight envelope and an enclosed prepaid return envelope for my recipient. There was no line when I arrived and the staff person was very patient and helpful and explained all my options. Thank you FedEx.

Michelle was very helpful in assisting me with shipping a package. She got me the best rate and even went above and beyond in taping up my very broken box to ship it back securely. She was friendly and greeted me within moments of walking in. I really appreciate her going above and beyond to help me like that. I will be a return customer for sure. I always find the employees here to be very friendly and helpful.

I had never gone to a Fedex office to ship anything. I won't go back unless I have to ship a return, which this was the case. I walked in and the service rep didn't ask me, can I help you? They looked at me like I was supposed to know what to do. They didn't take for granted that I didnt know what to do. So I asked, do I drop this off here? Her response was, your package isn't ready. It wasn't sealed but at UPS, I don't have to seal it. She gave me tape to do it, which is fine, but I felt I was bothering her. Then, since I had to seal it, I asked did I need to put the label on? She looked at me like I was d*** and said I'm doing it. Which I wasn't going to take for granted, since my package wasn't ready when I came in. My first experience with Fedex was pretty bad, considering I've gone to UPS many times and never have felt that way.
