Worst of the worst! Either walgreen its self doesnt want to do the work for fedex or fedex just doesnt want to use this location for pickup anymore.. either way this place sucks in customer services! Safe yourself the hassle and trip by going to the actual fedex ship&print center!

I had multiple packages delivered today. The driver left the packages at the bottom of my condo staircase and labeled the delivery as at the front door. I called FedEx to ask for help. Each package is 40 pounds, which is within the weight limit, and I can't carry them up the stairs for medical reasons. That's why I pay for delivery. The manager refused to help me with this delivery. He stated that this was not a customer service issue and literally refused to help. I reached out to customer service and was told that the manager I initially spoke with would reach out to help resolve this problem. It's 7pm and still not a word from the manager. This manager needs customer service training to learn what it is.

As a customer and another business the quality of service from fed ex has tanked, orders keep getting stolen or mis delivered. Literally watched the tracking of a package say delivered with no fed ex truck in sight.

Weight limit 48 pounds. My box was 49 pounds. Clerk clueless.
