We highly recommend Family Flooring in Chesapeake Virginia. We spoke with the owner, Jeff Jechura, and explained about the rooms we wanted to get new flooring in. He came out and measured our rooms, brought out some samples of flooring he thought we might like, was patient and cheerful when I went into the store to look at even more flooring, answered all my questions, everyone there greeted me and gave great customer service. Once we found the flooring we loved, Jeff Jechura, was quick in lining up an installer to rip out our old flooring and put down our new beautiful flooring. The installer, Mike, was professional, hard working and was pleasant during the time he was at our home working. Family Flooring provided an excellent service and experience to us from the beginning through completion of our flooring being installed in our home. We give them an A++++++++++++++++++++++++

Our experience with Family Flooring was excellent. We couldn’t be more pleased. Randy helped us find what we were looking for and Allen and Pamela did an outstanding job with our installation. We had 6 rooms, stairs and a hallway done. We were very pleased with both the price and quality of the flooring we picked. Would very highly recommend Family Flooring in Chesapeake.

Got a recommendation for this company through my realtor. Peggy came out to measure my flooring needs and never heard back from her. It has now been 2 weeks later. Do not recommend.

All I can do is praise the men who work for this company! I am thankful I met all of them. They were so patient and helpful. Kevin was super friendly and knowledgeable to work with! He loved on my pups and was very compassionate when I shared stories with him. Tony was very understanding and nice as well over the phone. I didn't catch all of the names of the guys who installed my floors, but Hank, the man can sing!!! So not only do you get great installation work, you get a free concert while he works!!! I absolutely loved and enjoyed it. I found myself sitting in the living room just so I could listen to him. The price on the floors was a fair and decent price. I will go back to them when I am ready to get my bedrooms renovated.

I am so thrilled to have found Family Flooring in Chesapeake. I spoke with Kevin and by the time I arrived he had found several choices for me in the color I was looking for. ( They have every kind of flooring you couldpossibly want.) He ordered it promptly and it arrived in just a few days. It was installed when I needed it. The installer, Allen, was prompt and did a great job. I definitely will use them again because I need more rooms done in the future.

I have worked with Kevin on several projects over the years on different rental properties. Family Flooring always helps me make good choices based on the needs of the project and budget. Today, I had two rooms of carpet replaced at my own personal house. Kevin helped us choose a carpet that will hold up against the busy lives of children and dogs, fit within our budget, and looks fantastic in our home. The installation team was very quick and efficient, respectful of our space, and did a fantastic job. I cannot say enough good things!!

We had the carpet in our condo taken out and had wood flooring put in. We replaced the carpet on the steps. We are very happy with the end results. Reasonably priced, installers did an amazing job, many compliments on our new floors! Highly recommend!
