I wish I could give 0 stars. Manager and staff needs to be replaced. Nonverbal and verbal communication sucks. You ask them a question or speak to be nice and they looking at you like they don’t want to be bothered at 10 am. The worst, smh, new staff please?

Easy to find what I was looking for. Nice employees, bought something I found but wasn't looking for. Prices are good and a variety of some of everything.

This was amazing. I visited the store located on Airline Blvd in Chesapeake. This store was neat, clean, the associates were friendly and there were no boxes of freight whatsoever on the floor. Everything was marked and easy to identify. The seasonal section was appealing to the eye. Thank You Family Dollar. You got it right?

I just think it's very unprofessional for employees to be on an obvious personal call while they're waiting on you. Let me take my time checking you out because I have to give someone I'm on the phone with directions

Some of the employees act like you are bothering them to help you. Darlene is rude. Have had encounters with her on more than one occasion. They close early when they want to by sticking a written sign on the door. The store is a mess with stock/carts blocking all the aisles and not even being put up.

I never met a staff so cocky about thinking they're smart and witty and in reality they are NARROW MINDED... I walked around and they thought I didn't speak any English and kept making demeaning comments and laughing. when I asked the tall lanky prissy boy for help, he ignored me... new staff please
