Daughter went in and asked for gel. They said okay. Daughter kept asking during the whole experience, I asked for gel. They just kept saying ok. She realized this wasn't happening, but couldn't stop midway. Male wouldn't let her pick color, used the nail polish to hold on the decor....not nail glue. When done no measuring of nails... tip length off. And they had no UV light to dry. Had a walmart fan... and he said ok you're good. They were still wet. I get that they are nice people. But it seems that they have trouble providing the service wanted. Actually went home and repolished on her own. Will not return.

Kim and Quan are wonderful to my elderly mother. My mother will only have Kim do her Mani Pedi. She is very knowledgeable and kind They go beyond to help my mom get in and out of her car

Still my go-to nail spot in the 757! I am a day overdue for #thankyouthursday2021 but I owe a HUGE thank you to Kim & Quan of Elite Nails who have taken such good care of me, my mom and my aunt over the years (sooooo many years). I've stuck with them because their prices are competitive, they do great work with considerable attention to detail (gel, pedis and brows are my regular selections) and Quan is a riot and always makes me laugh when I come in. I've gotten to watch their own little ones grow up and Kim always asks about my family when I come in. It's easy to get an appointment that works for my schedule and I just love the fact that this local family takes pride in their business and their work.

Not going to lie, the 5 star reviews had me thinking this might be my new go to nail salon. I made an appointment like another person wrote - for a pedicure and a gel/shellac manicure. When I arrived at my appointment time, both the man and woman were busy with customers. I was asked if I needed help by the man, and after I told him I had an appointment there was silence. Nothing was said after by either one of them. Ok... Not going to be completely upset over that, so I went around looking at the colors and whatnot. Maybe 10-15mins later, the man came over and I asked again about the gel/shellac because the price listings they have on that don't list those services. He confirmed that yes they do do those services and directed me towards the pedicure chair. Now, the pedicure I received was ok. It wasn't bad, but it certainly wasn't the best. They did do some of the portions of the pedicure different than others, but again... Not what got me upset. Now, this man was literally in the middle of painting my big toe, when he got up and switched with the woman. Ok, maybe he had to take care of something is what I told myself. She finished the coloring and brought me over to the table. Here is where things started to get odd...
She asked about what I wanted to get done, and made it seem like doing gel/shellac service and getting just a regular manicure weren't something done at the same time. Now, all this time I had gel already on my hands, and not one time did either of them think to wrap my nails ahead of time. When the woman discovered I had actual gel on my nails already, she used the drill to buff some of the color off. Then....she gets a bowl, fills it with acetone and has me hold my nails in it. WHO DOES THAT?! Gel doesn't come off quickly and so proceeded to switch between drilling/acetone bowl/ and a nail file to get my nail polish off. It was a solid color, not sparkles or anything that is a pain to get off. Now during this odd ordeal, two women enter the establishment. They must have been returning customers, because they all knew each other on a first name basis. The lady working on my nails, grabs her phone and calls someone I'm assuming to help since she just started my manicure, two people walked in, and she was by herself. When the husband (I'm assuming now) comes back, he has two kids and it's at this point that the women gets up and moves to the lady who had sat next to me and begins to work on her nails. The lady that worked there didn't say anything, and had just finished cleaning up my one hand and then just leaves me as her husband comes back. At that point, I was just livid. I let the man finish cleaning my nails and then I said I'm done and wanted to pay for my pedicure and half manicure.
I've never, ever received poor service like this and never had someone tell me to hold my hands in a bowl of acetone to take the gel polish off. I will never return, and they just lost a potential loyal customer. The joys of moving to a new state....

Never go to this nailery, the nail tech clipped to much and caused my toes to bleed, then she didn't polish my toes all the way and it wasn't dried completely before they told me to leave after I paid and tipped her. Service sucks.
