Took my piece of electronics, didn't do anything with it for six months, finally said it was ready, and it was broken more. They offered to just refund me and let me take it, I said no. They ended up mailing it out, said they would pay for the part they broke. I went to pick up, and they charged me the whole bill. Even though they broke part of it, I had to pay the third parry bill for that too. I do not recommend. BTW, the whole ordeal took 10 months beforenI got my piece back. They won't call when they say and they don't keep their word. Boooooo
Well, allow me to retort. I picked it up and the display DIDNT work anymore. That's called more broken. So, as such, I paid a third party to fix something you broke.
Lastly, don't talk about the warranty that a third party put on it because I didn't get a single piece of paper work enabling me to even claim it. I have nothing except the sticker on it.

Fixed my PS5 HDMI port in a timely manner (only took a couple hrs). And cleaned the whole system on the inside. Good service

I brought my PC into the shop with an overheating CPU after being referred by another computer repair business. I explained the problem the best I could and left it in their capable hands. I received a call a short time later with the diagnosis and approved the recommended work. Just a few hours later the work was complete and I was able to pick it up that same evening. They installed new fans, replaced the water cooler and thermal paste. It's working like brand new and I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for quality work and quick turnaround, look no further. And the price was right too.

Just wanted to let everyone know my experience here. So far, it has been the worst in my entire life. I brought my computer here one month ago and still do not have it. They keep making promises that they’re breaking and I can see that other people are being completed before mines and I’ve been here starting To think it’s my skin color. I serve in the military and And I don’t be having time to come and check and call for updates this store. Don’t even do that if you need your computer done or need any electronic done this is the worst place to come.

Dropped off my launch day PS3 for new thermal paste. Was told to give them a few days. Got a call back the next day saying it was ready! These guys are the real deal and I stayed and chatted with them and another customer for about 10 minutes. The price for the PS3 tear down and thermal paste was decent. Just tested my system and it’s as silent as a hill. I would highly recommend them!!!

Brad over at Electronics Overhaul was amazing. He listened to my explanation as to what was wrong with my PC and had it fix for me and ready to pick up in less than 24 hrs. I would highly recommend Electronics Overhaul to my friends and family.

Horrible...Horrible...Horrible. Wish I could do no stars. Here's what happened.....SMH.
So I had a soundbar that wasn't working. I call around and find this guy. Hit him up and I go to his shop.
I show up and he says it will be $50 to diag it. Cool! I drop it off and he says he will give me a call in a few days.
I kinda forget about it and notice it's been a week since I've herd anything. Give a call and he says.." Oh yea...We've found the problem and it will take a few more days to 1 more week at the most to get the part and let you know how much. Ok...Fine with me.
Another week goes by..I call. No answer. During business hours mind you! Leave a msg.
Another few days go by...I call..And its either Fri or Sat. He says something to the effect of he will know in a day or two...and I say...I need to know something by End Of Business Monday. You've had it for 2 weeks! ( I know weed heads that would have been hired and fired from 3 jobs in 2 weeks!!!! LoL). He says he will for sure. Ok..Fine. I say.
Monday comes and goes. Nothin. Tuesday eve....I show up more frustrated than someone watching the RNC debates, looking for a direct answer to the question asked!! Not alot of straight answers that night!! Keep it real!
PAUSE THE STORY....Even though this guy dosent look to have any minority blood in him, and to my eye seems to be white...The word "NINJA" will be used in place of another popular word that starts with the letter "N" used in African American vernacular when someone is either very happy or very upset with a person or service or set of circumstances. I'll let you decide which one it is.....
And also can be used in a good hip hop song!
I walk in...And this " NINJA" says...Ohh...Yea...I found the problem...We still have to source the part..But it will cost $458.
"NINJA paaaahhhhllleeese"! I wait over 2 weeks with virtually no communication to get this news? Any NINJA could have done this. Gimme my soundbar NINJA!
This NINJA'S communication can't be trusted. This NINJA has terrible customer service. This NINJA MAY be an electronic genius. But there are other NINJA'S in the sea.
( In the DMX voice) ...Where my NINJA'S at!!!!!!
