“I normally try to avoid cell phone stores at all costs as it tends to be an overwhelmingly and frustrating experience. I’ve dealt with years of poor service with my old carrier and decided to switch my family’s plan and upgrade our phones through Verizon, specifically the location on Cedar Road. Wow!!!! The service I received that day from a very sweet young lady, Jessica S., was absolutely impeccable. My experience was nothing I expected, but everything I could hope for. Jessica was extremely patient and thoroughly explained the transfer process. She was nice enough to help me learn some of the differences upgrading to my new iPhone. What absolutely pushed me over the moon is that Jessica even called me the next day to see how I was adjusting to the phone and invited me back into the store in the case I need assistance with anything else. The customer service I received not only in the store, but also after leaving, exceeded my prior expectations of how phone carrier stores treat their customers. I highly recommend this store to everyone; I even more so recommend Jessica S! Keep up the good work!!”

They always have a good enough stock for the usual items wanted. The store is usually clean and the coffee area always has all creamers, sugars, syrups, etc stocked, which makes me happy.”

Anyway, she was professional and did a great job of containing her amusement at my lack of tech know-how. I'm sure she chuckled as we left.”
“Now that they have been carrying more PC parts in the last few years I will gladly spend my money here. Nice to be able to get these parts locally. The nearest microcenter is in northern Virginia. Best Buy is the only place I can get at least some PC parts.”

A team member gladly showed me how and even did it with humor and a kind attitude. I really appreciated that, as you don’t get that a lot from stores nowadays, especially when they are busy.”
