Just bought a house and needed new appliances, JAMIE was very patient and helpful when it came time to purchase my range and fridge. Told me her honest opinion and made the process as stress free as possible! Thank you JAMIE.This location had better prices and selection than the one in Newport News, I definitely recommend crossing the water to purchase from east coast, the 45 min drive was worth it!

Awesome experience working with Robert and Mike in Chesapeake. Beat Home Depot’s price and had more inventory. Delivered the next day. Won’t go anywhere else for an appliance. Very helpful and great customer service!

What a horrible experience. I have called over six times to get someone to speak to me. My salesperson was Drew. Drew was eager to take my $9,000 to buy all new appliances and told me not to worry about the rebates, promising he would file them for me. Despite calling many times, I only managed to speak with Drew once. He promised to call me back but never did. I left more messages, yet never received a call back.
I kept calling Drew because he assured me he would handle the rebates. It's been over five months, and I still haven't received my rebates. When I talked to him finally last week, he said I should have already received the rebates and promised to check on it and call me back, yet another no call back. I'm not even sure he filed the rebates, and this company simply can't provide proper service or return phone calls. Called over 6 times and never get a calk back even though I left a message.
Don't go there. Don’t walk in—run away. It’s so disappointing how they continue to over-promise and drastically under-deliver.
The only positive aspect was the rep who came to the house to install the appliances. He was phenomenal, personable, knowledgeable, and very good at his job. He should be the one selling appliances and making promises.
