So far I am not too happy with this place. They don’t offer carts for moving things and when calling the number they have on doors, they simply hung up on us.

Very nice location. Lighting in the units is great. Clean and monitored. Definitely by the book so don't step out of line. Almost IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone directly though and after hours calls were often responded to the next morning.

I am not pleased on how they responded and resolved issues as a first time customer, Kayla the supervisor who thinks she’s got it all figured out don’t like discussing matters with customers. Stay away from this business or make sure you are assertive when dealing with this company! Last piece of advice, don’t let these customer representatives run over you!

Bad business with corrupt people, shoutout to Kayla the supervisor who thinks she’s above the customers, who like to win in arguments and do not let customers talk. I will not use them any longer as they are opportunistic and will take away everything if they can. You have to be assertive with this company! My advice, don’t let these people run over you!

From start to finish this storage facility has been great. Always very clean, well taken care of, well lit, and response to any questions or concerns were handled quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this facility for any of your storage needs.

I liked this place when it was vet owned. I came back to rent here and found it'd been purchased by someone and is 100% unmanned. To speak to anyone, you have to call a call center. I'm in an older unit and though its climate controlled, its not as cool as the newer unit I'd been in before. They swapped out the larger trash bin for a smaller one that is locked. I can not add my own insurance either and am having to pay 12.00 extra. I emailed them about this last month and they said they'd reach out within 48 hours and I still have not heard back.Only pro is the price.Bring back the humans.

Decent price. But under old management, the units had huge roaches. Hoping new management will fix that.
