THIS IS FOR DOLLAR TREE CORPORATE COMPANY, NOT AN INDIVIDUAL STORE. This company lacks customer service all the way up to the Corp. offices. We ordered an item for an event 12 days in advance. By day 9 we heard nothing about the order. We called the company to find out the status, and was told the order was cancelled due to lack of inventory. No one called us, no one sent us an email...NOTHING. We needed the item this weekend for an event and we were left with no time to try to replace it. This was really important for our theme. How can you just ignore a customer's order. We will never ever order from you or shop at your stores again. You have ruined our event with no compensation to apologize. Maybe our committee is just 7 people, but we are 7 people who will tell 50 people how horrible your company is.

Sharon (manager) and the other coworkers are Lazy , they expect you to do everything cause it's a all girl store but I'm not doing everybody else job and I get paid $11 , poor a** service , Tuesday for the truck days nobody helps so unloading the truck takes 5 hours sometimes.This job isn't worth $11 a hour , its fine it's jus the staff
