Poor management can ruin any business. Had the worst experience when I visited this branch. Definitely will not be going back to this location. I ended up going to the Volvo Pkwy branch, and Sheryll was excellent with taking care of me.

Inexperienced bankers. I keep getting calls for additional paperwork I need to complete an account. Also The process for online banking is challenging so I don’t have online access too many steps … people giving you a link … someone else calls …. Some one else does a 3rd part …..I had a problem with 3 of my vendor checks and they were not knowledgeable about the “ back systems” I had to go to another bank to get answers on my account. Each visit with the banker is too social when I come in I just want to do business and go back to work . I don’t like going in because I have to clear my schedule for at least 3 hours … the drive .. the talk .. the closing talk …and driving back to work Finally it takes too long get questions answered over the phone .Overall they are nice but it is difficult to do “ business” with them

They are new and very unorganized tried to open a business account with 50000 but each person I talked to gave me different information. And could not talk to the rep because she drives around to different branches was impossible to talk to rep. Big joke no one knows anything at this new bank . Dont bother
