Stevie makes sure to confirm my appointment and lets me know how long I can expect to be without my vehicle. This is important because I am realtor and need to plan accordingly. Their prices are fair and the work is thorough. Overall the company is inviting and will make an individual want to establish a lasting relationship. I am grateful to have been introduced to them.

I needed to get my key fob programmed so I could ship my car. I went to the Honda dealership which was a no-go. I called Doctor Honda for help. I explained my situation and although I did not have an appointment, they worked me in and helped me out. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name but his customer service was outstanding. If I need anything done/fixed when it comes to my car, I know exactly where to bring her when I return to the states. Thank you Doctor Honda!!

Stevie at the front desk is always pleasant to talk to and helpful with my concerns. I have brought in for service our 4 Hondas here. The price is reasonable with the limited warranty. I had brake issues again with work done 6 months ago. They covered the additional work under warranty. Thank you.

5 stars! They treat you so nice at Doctor Honda, they're fast, and best of all they're very fairly priced!
Seriously I got quotes for new breaks and rotors from Firestone, a dealer, and Doctor Honda and Doctor Honda charged me 1/3 of what the others said it would cost.
It's honest people doing honest work and that's hard to find anymore.

While visiting the area, from out of town, I was worried when my car's check engine light came on and I could not accelerate appropriately. I was referred to come to Doctor Honda to have my car checked out. I was able get an appointment the following day and was provided with detail on my car's malfunction and given a reasonable cost. I felt very reassured and I was taken care of the day of. I was provided a ride and was picked up after my vehicle was serviced. I was given advice/tips on how to maintain my vehicles lifespan. If I am ever given car trouble while visiting virginia I will definitively return, but I will recommend to my family & friends in the area.
