My daughter surprised me Tuesday 6/18/24 nails and feet
It was $95 plus tip not even a week later the nail dip was coming off..Then the whole nail dip came off my index finger. Didn't even last 2 weeks very disappointing..7/1/2024 another nail dip came off today So disappointed. I have been places and had my nail dip last for weeks to months.

First time going to this nail shop and the last. I only gave them 2 stars because the customer service was ok. My nails look horrible! Each one is shaped differently, they thick as he'll and the polish is uneven. I wanted half nail painted but once the technician did the first hand I decided to just get the whole nail painted. It was apparent he didn't know what he was doing. Then had the nerve to charge me for length and shape. I paid as I'm not the one to cause confrontation but I m very upset. A waste of $111. My feet didn't even look good. I'm so disappointed.

This was my first time visiting this nail salon and I was not impressed with the service I received. I requested a dip manicure. The nail tech NeNe started filing my nails and applying the dip without washing my hands or any spa manicure experience. I was asked would I like my eyebrows waxed, I said yes. When I got to the wax station NeNe asked me in front of two other would would you like your lip waxed…I’m like are you kidding ? don’t be so money hungry that you put people on the spot. So unprofessional! This was not a relaxing spa experience at all and not worth the money I spent. These nails salons need to understand that we as consumers come for an experience and not to be treated as just a number. After all there are on average 3 nails salons in every block…don’t forget that!

i want to post a picture on here showing what i got because i honestly have ZERO words. I usually love DB nail studio but recently i have been trying to find a new person to do my nails ever since DK left and i have had zero luck, i’ve come out disappointed every time. But this time, really set me off. I requested prom nail that matched my dress and free style since i couldn’t find anything i liked online so i showed the dress, it’s Black, Blue, and Silver. what’d i get? a sparkly blue with white squiggles that were very sloppy and random gems placed. he was very kind (not sure of his name) but was not focused at all, was answering the phone a bunch, which i get because you’re a business man.. but i just needed focus since i was paying a good amount for my Senior prom nails. i come in about once or twice a month for acrylics.. but now i have found a new place because i am so disappointed in what i got. I had to go to a whole other salon, tell them what happened. I showed them and they GASPED and immediately went to fix them.. how do i post picture for proof of the nails i left with?

This was my first time visiting this establishment and I did not enjoy my visit. I requested a dip manicure and got NeNe. She rushed my experience and was so busy trying to get me to do other services saying you want and pedicure, I said no. you want eyebrow wax, I said no, oh how about lip waxed the. I'm like really lady??? Don't be so money hungry that you're trying to embarrass your clients. After I rejected her potential up charges, she did the dip on my nails without any manicure meaning no soaking of cuticles, my massage of hands nothing. So when I let the owner know about my experienc, he proceeded to tell me oh for a soak and massage that will be $15 extra. Now keep in mind his service books say $50 dip manicure. Oh and how you dipping people fingers in dip powder without first washing their hand? So unsanitary! I will not be back!

The Nail Tech (back middle) was so rude! When I walked-in, I told the receptionist and Tech I wanted a "cut down and dip powder-fill". He realized and was very annoyed the last place I went applied acrylic not powder. He spent the entire time educating me on the differences and was so upset he almost forgot to cut down my nails -until I reminded him. Then he scolded me- for not telling him sooner- when I clearly did. Also, I requested a design- a design he felt would be ugly on my short nails, and told me to get the traditional "French" - again not listening to what I want and going against what I requested for MY NAILS and the paying customer!! What he gave me was a dry, bulky, sloppy, uneven, boxy, french fill. Wow. I've been coming here for 2 years- I won't return.

Took my bestie here for her birthday and we got mani/ pedis. Justin listened to my friend very empathetically and did a wonderful job on her nails. Our hands and feet came out great! Anna also did a wonderful job on her feet and gave a great massage, very gentle with her tender spots.
Not to mention, the massage chairs were amazing!
We had an awesome Girls Day here thanks to DB Nails!

Atmosphere was always pleasant, I just wish someone would tell me where TT went? She was such an expert in her field & my Natural nails ??have NEVER looked as good & healthy prior to her becoming my FAVORITE NAIL TECH!!! TT WHERE ARE YOU????????

MY FAVORITE PLACE!!! To come relax and distress. Everyone here is so friendly and sweet. They're all about helping their customers and I love CeeCee, Heidi, and Emily. Those are just a few of my favorite people but everyone else here is awesome. I almost don't want to share them with anyone else?
