He cares about helping and in our case getting us on our way as we passed through the area.
mike has made himself available after hours to talk me through and manage the issues we were having.

The staff at Cummins Norfolk were absolutely superb. Alan the service Tech and Mike White, along with Olivia, the service or office manager, were extremely helpful in getting our RV DEF issues resolved, repaired and had us back on the road! They were knowledgeable and dedicated in getting our problem figured out and fixed! We were extremely grateful for them!

Service Technician Michael White came out on location to make repairs to our Cummins diesel generator; he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and talented. Hopefully my organization doesn’t need his services too often, but I look forward to working with him whenever we do!

Scam…. Stay away!!
Fall 23 I paid over 1700 for them just diagnose I needed two parts for my generator that ended up being discontinued within Cummings and they couldn’t find parts in any out sources. It was said even if they replaced these parts I still may need a NEW generator.
I found the parts. I went an got non fixed generator and took to a shop that only charged 70$ for diagnoses and fixed. all it needed were the spark plugs tightened. One of the parts I was told I needed wasn’t even correct for my generator. It has been running Great ever since!!
Stay away!! Over price diagnoses and lies!!

Can never get anyone to answer the phoneor call back if you leave a voicemail. ECSPECIALLY the useless parts department. Absolutely pathetic customer service when it comes to trying to get parts. My company is DONE with Cummins. We will go to a quality dealer for our industrial engines like Caterpillar. You call Carter they answer. Every time.

Can not believe the lack of integrity and poor and predatory service provided by this Cummins shop. I am active duty Navy, so my father took our food truck, Cocina Patina, in to have a fuel line changed out without me. We had patched the leak and figured rather than splicing the line ourselves, we would have the pros swap the entire line out. Little did we know that would cost $2000! What a joke! Not only that, once we realized we were in the wrong place for service and decided to do it ourselves, rather than a reasonable diagnostic fee like most shops we were informed after the fact that a diagnostic fee is a minimum of 3 hours at 250 an hour. Can you say SCAM? Thankfully, they charged us only 2 hours ($500) to take 30 seconds to pull our patch off the fuel line. They then charged us another $100 to do the $5 splice we had originally planned to do ourselves. Not only will I never take any of my trucks here again, I'll make sure to tell anyone who will listen to never use this place.

If you like paying $10/mile for them to get to you and $12/minute for labor, by all means give them a call. LOTS of mystery charges billed under labor and added to the job. You'll pay for 12 minutes of safety assessment; even if it only takes 2 to perform. You'll pay for 30 minutes of Non-Standard Repair Time detail; whatever that is. You'll even pay them for Non-Field Action Service Event that lasts 18 minutes and Administrative Time for 6 minutes. Out of 1.4 hours billed under labor, only .2 were actual labor. This shop should be your last resort.

Lorraine was great. Responsive and knowledgeable. Was able to schedule my RV maintenance for the exact window I needed. Would highly recommend.

Pretty lousy customer service, don't return calls or answer emails and if you do get transferred to the "right" person, they don't answer and the mail box is full.... I'm pretty sure they use caller ID to screen calls, once they have your name they don't pick up anymore. Definitely not focused on sales, customer service or even customer support.

Bad generators and poor customer service! My generator was brand new in February and is under warranty. It has proven to be a true lemon from day ONE and they can’t seem to fix it. Just wasting my time making me bring it in continually for the same shut down issue that they can’t seem to fix and costing my business money! Told me if they replaced my generator with a new one I might still have the same issue and I don’t get a full warranty on the replacement. They also don’t answer their phones or return messages when they see someone calling on the caller ID with a known generator issue.
