I’ve been with Verizon for over 5yrs! Contemplated for the past year how much cheaper it would be if I switched carriers. I’ve been to metro, boost and today cricket nothing urgent! When I tell you hands down Mia has the best customer service ever I was floored! It took longer than anyone had expected but that was of no fault of hers! I gave her the wrong code ?♀️.She apologized to me!

The manager was so helpful I switched service providers...well added on one because since I've had my cricket phone things have been moving great...data wise. Super fast speed internet 5G!

I decided to switch carriers after having some trouble with my other carrier came into the store gave my information to do young lady who was so sweet and very professional and made sure to continue communicating with me let me know what was going on with 40 my number over and even spoke to the representative and let them know that it was a problem on their end. I wish I had asked the young lady her name but she was very sweet and professional I definitely will be back if I need any additional assistant customer service is so important nowadays not everybody values it

Got me set up super quick. Friendly knowledgeable staff that went a little further than she had to. New sim card wasn't working so she pulled the one out of her phone to test. Verified it wasn't the phone and replaced it right then. Didn't try to make excuses. She made it work. Good on her.

Regina goes above and beyond when providing customer service!!She is absolutely AWESOME! She is well versed regarding the products and services and always bring a friendly yet professional demeanor when working with you!!!Misti provides excellent customer service as well!! She was very helpful when I had problems with my phone and worked hard to make sure it was replaced at an affordable cost!!!

Staff is very helpful and professional, was having issues with my other service, they assisted in me switching my service and assisted with all my questions on my new phone. Great service, would recommend this location to everyone. Thanks for all the help.

Honestly excellent service were able to answer all of my questions and help me without a problem.Even made me laugh a bit.The only thing I would suggest is the manager Michael to get hims because having to look at such a weak hairline hurts my soul.
