We were at the Store to help my dear aunt reduce her reliance on commercial television cable services. However, what we got was excellent service from a very neat and tidy store front. I had a great experience at this store. I needed a new modem, and they provided it, explained the panoramic wifi, and checked to make sure I was getting the rate that was explained to me over the phone by their rep. TK was great and a very good representative for the company, and Nick (I hope I remember his name correctly, I apologize if I'm wrong) was also great and helpful with looking up my new rate.

In and out in no time. All the workers were so kind and helpful. They held the door for me, signed me in, and walked me out in mins. Amazing customer service

Very slow customer service, need more staff. I went to switch devices and now I want to disconnect. I had to leave and come back on another day. Very inconvenient

We put our service on a hold while we were displaced from our home due to water damage. Cox agreed and then discontinued our service. Called back to put on hold and they said it was on hold. it wasn't. Now we are back home they won't give us our package back and want 40.00 more a month for the same services we had. They made the mistake, we have to pay. Don't trust a thing they say.

I honestly wouldn't even get cox if you're in this area. Internet works ok during the daytime, but every night around the same time they suddenly have outages. They even tried to give the excuse that the problem is from the power outage they had a week ago but then how am I able to use my internet during the day. They also offer 1GB (which we pay for) but this area only allows you to get 300MB. You get a lot less than what you're paying for.

Mark and Mike were super helpful for transferring my service! Mark and Mike helped me move in easily and even helped upsell me on a camera home system, and helped lower my bill ??. I love the excellent customer service and their location is super close to home. Thank you for all you do!

I went to this store for an interview, for Customer Service. The way that I was greeted once I enter was not warm friendly or inviting. While I was waiting, I watched and elderly couple get mistreated. First the Cox Representative screams from behind the desk area to the door, at the couple To check in at the sign the it is man asked HOW? Several times finally the lady after telling him to use his phone and the elderly man continues to relay that he doesn’t know what she means, she turns (STILL BEHIND THE DESK ACROSS THE ROOM) to another Cox Representative and He then Yells to the elderly man from the SAME place(BEHIND THE DESK) To use the QR code on the sign the elder man AGAIN explained that he didn’t know HOW OR WHAT it is. So the Cox Representative says “Ok so text the number I KNOW YOU KNOW HOW TO DO THAT!” the Man confused says no I get up and explain how to use the QR code and the text messages. It took less than 3 minutes. I LEFT THE STORE. NO INTERVIEW. I WILL NEVER WORK FOR A COMPANY THAT TREATS OTHERS THIS WAY! The customer service at this location is horrible. Cox do Better.

Not a review of the store, only of service.Overpriced and too many problems with my internet. Was a customer for 6 yrs only because only had 2 options to choose from. Cox or Verizon. Neither are worth it.

Five stars to Mike C at Cox on Eden Way!!! The effort and dedication he put forth into seeing if there was a way to lower my payment was something I haven’t seen at a major corporation brick and mortar store in sometime. They’ll typically just refer you to call customer and solve the problem with someone. Thank you Mike. I truly appreciate it!!!
