Careful, they throttle their internet to the point where it's unusable.
Edit for store "response": No, you definitely throttle your internet speeds at certain times. I'm switching to a less scummy company as soon as I can, and Cox can go rot in hell.

First of all it is difficult to find. Even my GPS on my phone couldn't put me in the exact location. Went inside and not many store personnel available but lots of customers. I don't like standing around so I left.

Internet constantly is down since moving here. Been out for over 12 hrs this time. Still charged full rate every month with guaranteed outages.

They took the time to understand my problem and provided a solution that worked perfectly. The whole process was smooth, and I left the location feeling satisfied and confident that my issue was resolved. Good afternoon, I’m here to give my feed back about cox internet. I’ve recently moved to Chesapeake area zip code 23324 and for the past couple months everything single day the internet is out at my house for hours this is not acceptable I got a business running and there is never a full day of internet there’s always something, this poor customer service for this to happen every single day. I’m definitely switching from cox.

There was a wait to be seen and the agents can't accept payments you have to wait in another line to make payments. One reason I'm no longer with Cox.

Based on my experiences, I have not experienced bad customer service. The representatives at the Greenbrier Parkway store have given me excellent service. They always say hello when I walk in the door.I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes. No complaints here.

We were at the Store to help my dear aunt reduce her reliance on commercial television cable services. However, what we got was excellent service from a very neat and tidy store front. I had a great experience at this store. I needed a new modem, and they provided it, explained the panoramic wifi, and checked to make sure I was getting the rate that was explained to me over the phone by their rep. TK was great and a very good representative for the company, and Nick (I hope I remember his name correctly, I apologize if I'm wrong) was also great and helpful with looking up my new rate.
