I have had the same insurance with another company for 30 years and moved to State Farm today. I am not much for changing companies, but my old one had some issues so I went to my local State Farm and met Thomas Barnes. After talking to him, i said to him i am ready now to switch and that is for one reason "him". He not only made the process super easy, but understood what I was looking for in regards to my home and auto. I had a few questions afterwards and he picks up the phone and answers emails quickly. That kind of service is not often enough so thank you Thomas for making this process so easy and stress free.

I was assisted by Thomas Barnes who was without a doubt the most professional and helpful insurance agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He went above and beyond to make sure that I fully understood the limits of my insurance coverage. I ultimately received a much higher quality policy than I had previously for a great rate! Tom deserves a raise, I seriously couldn't thank him enough!

Jake Peterson did a wonderful job explaining how and why I should get insurance through State Farm. Let me know about multiple rates and got me the best rate I had seen. I highly recommend going through Jake from State Farm.

I had the pleasure of visiting the new Chesapeake location and I must say, I was very impressed. This location is conveniently located near several food and shopping establishments. Atmosphere was very clean and professional with staff treating you like family. I highly recommend paying them a visit and give them the opportunity to meet all your insurance needs.
