They are amazing and you can tell that they actually care! They took the time to help get my dog comfortable as she is still young and a rescue so is quite timid. It is clear that they care about your animal and go over all options with you. The vets will spend time answering all your questions and don't make you feel rushed. The entire staff was great and greeted my dog with excitement the moment we walked through the door! Highly recommend. I will be using them for both my dogs going forward.

After today I’ll be going to a new vet. This lady is disrespectful with the way she talks to clients. We took our dog in for vaccinations and an eyelid growth. My wife was explaining that she wanted pricing on different options for the growth on our dogs eyelid and the vet says “you would think since you haven’t took her to a vet in 3 years you wouldn’t be worried about the price.” Totally out of line. We have always kept her vaccinations up to date, we feed her a high quality diet, exercise her daily, and get her groomed/her teeth cleaned regularly. I’m sorry that I have a healthy dog that has not required a vet visit in three years, but you would think that is a good thing. Seems like she’s more worried about making money instead of the actual health of the animals she sees.

We have had the cooke veterinarian take care of all our pets. This veterinarian and staff truly care for you and your pets. Ant time we go, they will tell you the truth. And give you several options for a care plan. I want to tell you about the staff. They are professional and fun and so helpful. I have had to put down in September, and the room that they have for you is comforting and serene. The staff stay with you. And they feel the pain and shed a tear with us. They love the clients they have, and they help you as well. When one veterinarian can't quite be sure what is going on with the animal, they bring in the other veterinarian in that practice. To have 3 very highly trained veterinarians collaborating is an awesome feeling. They offer different types of treatments and are highly trained in specific treatments. I have been there as a client for over 20 years. They are people you can trust and become like family.

We unfortunately found Cooke Vet Center after our dogs cancer diagnosis. The staff was kind and professional until the end of our big guys life. Dr. Edson is not only knowledgeable but passionate about helping all animals enjpy every moment they have. Dr. Ives was with us on his last day and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. Lisa-Marie was compassionate, gentle, and loving to our beautiful boy. Once he was gone she took great care in capturing a clay impression of his paw and gathering a lock of hair. This snall act allows us to always have a part of him nearby.
I also would like to call out Kim who is a wonderful front desk associate and always brightens your day no matter how dark it is.
I wish we had found them sooner so our dog could've benifitted from their care for years instead of months.
