Shady! Look at the wallet in the storage unit auction they listed. They aren't supposed to touch anything but you can clearly see the wallet in the bottom middle has been moved and tampered with. I think this may even be a federal offense. Here is the evidence

Excellent service and prices. The couple running the place are doing a great job of getting it cleaned up and hospitable. They were very helpful and accommodating, allowing me to get my RV in a better place.

My family and I kept a unit here for years. I didn't start having trouble until my mom moved to Florida and I was put in charge of the unit. Every month my boyfriend and I would come in and make a payment (in cash) no card. I went to go close out my unit and make my last payment for December. I asked Mary Anne to close my account. Instead she put my card on file for automatic payment (which I never agreed to, which is a felony) and I was charged for the month of January even though I had been out of the unit for almost 3 weeks now. On top of that I was charged a late fee. I call to see what the issue is, and she states she must have forgotten I was closing my unit out and that she could write a check for my boyfriend to pick up. Not even 15 min later she called me back to tell me she could do a reverse payment and that money would be in my account in 24-72 hours. I had called about this on wednesday January 11. And I still have yet to receive my money. My boyfriend called to ask what the issue was on Saturday January 14, and another lady was there. She called Mary Anne and put all of us on speaker phone and Mary Anne claimed she waited until 530 for him to pick up a check, even after stating on Wednesday that she'd do a reverse payment. When she got fed up on the phone she hung up to let the other lady deal with it, she tried to help as much as possible. I called my bank to see when she did the reverse payment and found out she waited til Friday evening to do her job correctly. I hope that this review will deter people from using this storage facility, due to the fact that the customer service is crap. Who knows how long they would have been taking my money if I didn't catch this. I highly recommend anyone who uses or used this facility to check any and all credit / debit statements because she put my card on automatic payment with out my permission.

Great experience so far, still renting a space. Reasonable prices. Very friendly staff and management.
