This place is anything but classy. The younger guy named Julius was very rude to me. Je made me feel so stupid telling me I don't know what Oombre was and said I didn't know what I want. He then told a technician to do my toes. Mind you, that old woman should be in the kitchen cooking instead of doing nails. She did a horrible job on my toes. I will never come back there.

Had a mani pedi here today and it was relaxing. An elderly gentleman was my nail tech and he did a great job.

Went for a dip powder and the nails broke off literally two hours later. Worst nails I’ve ever gotten. Super thin and they over filed trying to shape them how I asked, damaging the sides of my real nails underneath. Waste of money.

Classy nails are the absolute best!! I love it here. Very clean salon and uplifting atmosphere. Have never been disappointed here and every time I request to file a nail a different shape, cut shorter, or whatever the case is, they fulfill my requests with no problems! My nails always turn out just like the pictures I show them.

Not a good pedicure at all. My friend goes to this salon a lot so I went with her to try it. The lady who did my pedicure rushed the entire time. I had NO foot massage at all, not even lotion on my feet. She put a little bit of lotion on my legs that came out of a small packet that was shared with my friends pedicure. My friend and I started the pedicure within a minute of each other. I was done at least 10 minutes before her. The older man who did her pedicure took his time and gave her a normal foot massage. The foot massage is a major part of a pedicure. Disappointed to say the least

My new favorite nail salon! I was looking for a place to get my nails done that didn't feel overcrowded and took their time. The people that work there are so kind. I got my acrylic nails off and a gel manicure. My nails look and feel fabulous! I didn't feel rushed and they took their time. All around nice place.

I've been driving from Norfolk to Great Bridge for about 7 -8 yrs now. Before that I had tried numerous salons. Justin does an excellent job on my nails and his wife Hannah gives a great pedicure service. They're friendly, accommodating and have a sweet family that I've enjoyed watching grow over the years. Highly recommend this salon!

Wow. Can't believe it's been 7 years since I've been here. I came here on a Monday morning about 9:30 for a regular manicure. My usual spot is now closed on Mondays and today was my only available time to do it. The same older gentleman who did it 7 years ago did it. He took him time. He gave me the most amazing hand and arm massage too. Only $17. Again, the best backup for me that is close!
