My girlfriend had her cabinets done by this company and I called and requested a quote. A lady answered seemed like she was inconvenienced but I thought, it might just be the day. She took down my info, so I thought. The day came for my appointment, no reminder call or text. I took off work for our appointment, 30 minutes passed no phone call so I decided to call. She stated she went to the wrong address and would be right over. 10 minutes later she cane and less than 5 minutes in our house she took photos and said she would be back with a quote the same afternoon. No email, 3 days later I call and leave a message asking if maybe there was a mistake with email address please call me back. As you could guess, no call back. Long story awful customer service and if you’re looking for a small job done it seems they don’t want to do it. Apparently they are making too much money to bother with taking jobs they don’t want.

I visited their showroom to inquire about getting new counter tops installed for my investment property. I had recently found out about them and they were close to my office. When I arrived, no options were given, I had to tell them what I wanted. They took my sketch for the kitchen and I was rushed out. On follow up phone call I was given a quote and was asked what the lock box number was so they could take the official measurements. I advised that I would rather be present during the measurements. They would have to call me back to set up an appointment. On follow up call they again asked for the lock box number. I had to remind them again and I finally was provided an appointment. After the appointment they called to take the deposit only to find out they require full payment ONLY. I asked what the incentive was for them to correctly finish the job in a timely matter. There response was that they I know where their located so that should be incentive enough. Order was canceled. Back to Rock Solid.

Classic helped make an island for our kitchen and they matched our other cabinets shape and color perfectly! About year later they created our bathroom vanity, cabinet above the toilet as well as the counter tops and we love them! Great service, look, delivery and install!!!! Definitely will go back in the future when the need arises!!!

I have a small opening between my kitchen and living room that was left off the original design. The guy comes out to finalize the measurements ask my husband about adding that section, he said no... I called them immediately after the guy left to ask if we could include that section and was advised they would have to cancel my entire order and I would have to go back to Lowes and start over. My new cabinets are already installed. I'm only waiting for my countertops which means I have no kitchen sink or dishwasher. My kitchen has been down going on a week because it took them so long to come out and finalize the measurements. I'm just shocked ? that they wouldn't try to resolve this in another way that doesn't result in me going months without a kitchen! And I had no choice I have to use them to install my countertops...I couldn't use my own contractor!! Disgusted with their service
