I really love Dr. Mannix she is so thorough. The phlebotomist is amazing, I have a severe needle phobia and she is the most understanding and patient person. It is a small office with a lot of patients so yes there are longer delays with contacting someone but it's totally worth it to me

Staff is indifferent and unfriendly.Can never reach anyone on the phone.Calls they say will be returned in 24 to 48 hours, maybe.Paperwork for insurance is not a priority to them.Finally got a returned call St 4:37 pm to call them back.Called at 4:38 pm. Office closes at 4:30.No communication, always lack of contacting anyone.

This was the worst experience we've ever had with someone in the medical profession. After one visit that included getting blood drawn, we never heard from them despite leaving repeated messages. Both Zevs should be sent back to the subcontinent and definitely not permitted to treat real Americans

What happened to this place. They used to be the best of the best...I would recommend them to anyone. Now, I would rather go to the hospital ER for help before coming here. Getting anyone on the phone is futile. Prescriptions are constantly missed. No one follows through on basic tasks following appointments.What is going on there??? You are taking what was once a great practice and dragging it through the mud. DO BETTER!!!! YOUR CLIENTS DESERVE BETTER!!!!

I'd give them a zero if I could. Been going there for at least 35 years. After Dr Harrington retired the practice has gone to the trash. Rude from front desk all the way back. No follow up to phone calls. Took weeks to get a cardiac stress test called into Sentara to rule out heart disease. No call results three weeks after test finally done. Praise God I had Sentara patient portal to look up and find it was normal. They finally called after three weeks to tell him that Dr Zev would look at it and give us a call. It had already been read by a cardiologist that I would trust more. Can't get out of this practice fast enough. The scheduling department at hospital called me to see if I could get in touch with them since the office wouldn't call back or fax progress note so that insurance could approve. Drive 25 miles to office to tell them you can't fax to a land line. Duh

I have been a patient here for over 30 years. Dr Harrington retired and the Nurse practioner quit. I’m fed up with having to make multiple calls for drug refill and referrals. No one responds to calls or messages on the portal or the voice messages for days. Leaving this practice as soon as I can get into a Sentara practice. Waiting over a month to get my husband a order written for cardiac stress test. Called and texted every other day. Poorly managed practice. I wish the new practioner better luck with having any autonomy at this place. Steadily going downhill. They will be losing an entire family and extended family.

I’ve been going here for over 20 yrs left Dr Krishniagari she did t seem to care for patients anymore hand on door ready to go so went to NP Katarina loved her they wouldn’t agree to new contract so she left. She was The Best our whole family loved her no one else in that office compares to her. They messed up. I’ve seen this office going done for awhile but then I came in for sick call saw katarina an loved her

Reading the negative reviews, a common theme emerges in many - on par with a child who was told ‘no’. As with any medical practice, there are inconvenient issues to tolerate. However, I’ve been a patient here for over 30 years. I would fight like a mongoose if anyone tried to make me change physicians. Dr. Shirin Zev is the perfect combination of skill and compassion so rarely found in a medical practitioner. Over the years, I've probably referred a dozen others to this office, which should indicate my level of satisfaction. Only one other physician has ever received my full endorsement, and that was a Neurosurgeon 17 years ago. I've also interacted with others in the practice and don't have issues with anyone. As with any medical office, you must tolerate occasional inconvenience, but CIM handles their work load better than most.

I have been a patient here since 1998. I am and always have been very pleased with the handling of my medical information and my medical concerns. Dr. S. Krishnagiri and her staff are very efficient in ensuing my prescription refills get taken care of and listen when i dont think a med or treatment is working for me. I always get my calls returned timely( thank you Debbie) Just wanted to commend this amazing staff. I only gave 4 stars because they don't come pick me up and do not have food. :-)--private joke

Administration is sloppy as hell. Didn't even have my appointment in the system despite having a reminder email from the day prior. I've wanted to find a new doctors office for a while now and I'm over this place.

Dr Krishnagiri has been my doctor since 18 years old. She is calm and understanding. The staff Debbie and Janet are simply the best and are always welcoming.

This review is difficult for me because the care I get from my healthcare provider is the polar opposite of the care I get from the front desk. I LOVE the nurse practitioner, Katherine and her medical staff. She is one of the best and most caring providers who really goes above and beyond. However, the woman who works in the back (the front desk but in the back of the office) is consistently very rude and condescending. I thought that maybe she was having a bad day, but it has been every time I have dealt with her. Having to communicate with her every time I go in is enough motivation for me to change offices. It is also extremely hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone or get a call back.
