The prices are ridiculous, but I have still bought a couple things and supported their cause until recently I have seen the manager BEVERLY yell at both staff and customers so disrespectfully and loud without any consideration of others feelings. Will not ever come back, I know other customers that I have met throughout the area that have complained to corporate on her treatment towards others and nothing has been done. Still same bitter attitude so obviously corporate doesn't care either.

I like these stores, but this location has ridiculously high prices! Did find a shirt for only $4, but pants were priced at 8 and 10 dollars, $20 if they were new, thats just nuts for a Thrift store! Other locations i have found some good bargains, don't waste your time with this one.

I've visited many times; they usually have a great collection, and it's always pleasantly uncrowded. Without fail, the staff has been exceptional—warm and friendly. However, an unfortunate exception occurred yesterday when I encountered a disgruntled woman at the register. She was just unhappy, had an attitude attitude and used inappropriate language. I came across a cute floral quilt with some staining, inquiring if a price adjustment was possible due to the imperfection. She refused and gave it to another employee stating “this shouldn’t even be on the floor put it in damaged goods)… okay so no quilt for me I guess. I found a golf club marked at $9.99, but she insisted it was $19.99. With her attitude, I didn't bother arguing with her and just left the club. It's possible she was having a rough day, but perhaps a different employee would be better suited for the register. This experience was a departure from my usual which is a shame because the employees are always so sweet.

I’m all for supporting CHKD, but the ladies that work or volunteer here are hateful and openly say derogatory things about other customers (once they are out of ear shot) in front of me every time I’m shopping here. It makes for a negative experience for me every time I’m here. The only reason I gave two stars is because I support the mission.

This is supposed to be a thrift store. Looking for a decent side table, one that folds literally wouldn't set a drink on because it wobbled so bad $40, the other completely needed an overhaul because it's was beaten up so badly $30. Curiosity got me so I started looking at other items, a wooden old kitchen table $250. Crazy!!!!! Won't return.

We donate weekly to this thrift store but have never gone in. We went in for the first time today and the prices are INSANE. There was a set of dinner plates (7) and they were marked $10…but that was per plate! I found several items that were priced higher than the original price tag. Taking our donations elsewhere from now on.

i’ve tried to give this place a chance for a while now, but the prices are always insanely high and the store is always crowded. They keep piling more and more clothes on the racks so there’s barely any room to browse through items. go to the goodwill in harbor view, way better!

I waited in line for t w e n t y minutes. 3 people standing behind the counter and one person actually working (very slowly). After 20 minutes of the line not even moving I just set my stuff down and left.

I found a vest that had 2PC on it. I couldn't find the other piece. I offered to pay the full price for the one piece but I was told they were unable to do that. The way I saw it was if I paid full price of one piece and the found the other and then sold that one, they would get twice as much. So I didn't buy it!
