I have purchased a 2009 land rover range rover June 2023. I was told that I have a 90 day warranty, driving off of the My back windows did not roll down. Richie said he will order the part and fix him self . The part did not arrive until after July 4.\nTwo weeks later I was referred by Richie who is the owner of this establishment to a mechanic. The mechanic said that he was not able to fix the windows. Seven days later, I was referred to another mechanic who then listed these issues : Didn’t see nothing wrong with mirrors\nSuspension needs a lot of attention\nAll tire pressure sensors needs replace\nTire pressure control module flooded\nNeeds Hood latch replaced (that’s why alarm goes off)\nCatalytic converter needs replace\nI spoke to the owner Richie on the same day, and he said that he would order the parts. I called him the following Monday to follow up and he has not been answering my phone calls for the last seven days. I go up to the dealership only to find out that he working for him and supposedly he is out of the country. The representative said that he will take my name and information and will have Richie. Give me a call. Before I left the dealership, I called Richie from a different phone number and he immediately said that his name was Moe. He said Richie is out of the country and he will return Friday at five pm please keep in mind the dealership closes at7. Today August 4 I take the vehicle to my own mechanic he advises me that the vehicle has transmission issues. He also advised me that this vehicle has a donut. I have two small children and I run in operate to businesses, and now I am suffering a loss of income, because Richie refuses to answer his phone. He refuses to handle business professionally. I am writing this review in hopes that it will save someone from coming to the shop at this dealer.\nHe shares a lot with ******* *** **** . It is looking like we will have to go to small to sue him and we are prepared to go as far as needed. This is step 1

Awful. BUYERS BEWARE!!! I paid cash for a car in April . It's now August and Frank still hasn't given me my title. At first he tried to say he gave it to me and I lost it.. REALLY!!! Then he finally agrees to getting another title. I call concerning the title and Frank acts as if I'm bothering him. He keeps saying I'm working on it. Since April? Really. Then to give a cash customer attitude. And even hung up the phone on me as I was talking. I was not yelling, not rude, not verbally abusive, talking calm and nicely to him . I have been more than patient in this situation. Buy elsewhere!!!!

Worse dealership ever financed a car through them and now they won’t call me back to get my tags and it’s going on 4 months!!!

I'm not much for writing reviews but I wanted to let Frank and the young lady that handled the paperwork know how much I appreciate the awesome service with purchasing my truck today. My credit situation was not ideal but Frank was able to get a fair deal done for me. Thanks to Frank and the young lady for putting me in a nice little truck.

Customer service very unprofessional. I am very disappointed in the way they handle complaints and concerns. They temporarily fix a problem to cover up the major problem. They drag a issue until your warranty up then they hold you fully responsible for the lemon they sold you. Poor service I would never recommend anyone here.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The customer service was awful. They did not care about the issues that were going on with my car. Their cars are lemons and only look good on the outside. Do not waste your time!!
