False advertising. They say they buy everything and top dollar paid. Would not buy less than a year old Microsoft computer or a two year old I pad. Wish I could rate them 0 stars.

I went to 2 phone places one in Chesapeake square and one in Virginia Beach. The one in Virginia Beach quoted me $500 to fix an iPhone 14 Pro Max screen and the other one in Chesapeake square mall quoted me $250 but they didn’t have the screen. When I got to cell phone zone I thought I was gonna hear an outrageous price but they were very nice and helpful in total I spent $235 on my phone repair and couldn’t be happier. They don’t cheat you and they give you a screen that actually fits your phone. When I got my screen fix just a couple months ago in Virginia Beach they gave me a screen that rose off my phone about an 1 1/2 thick. The screen cell phone zone gave me it the closest thing you will get to an apple screen. I am so happy with the work that was done and the services I received. I’m glad to say I will be going back with future phone repairs.

Absolutely the best place around!! I have a s23 ultra that had a broken screen and I needed my notes transfered. Everywhere I called in Hampton roads didn't have the equipment or replacement. They were so nice and helped a very stressed out woman who now learned her lesson on not keeping important information in your notes!!

I love this place , anytime my kids break a phone I drive from Norfolk to this location , the owner is very knowledgeable, friendly , and fast . His prices are very affordable , after coming here for some time u develop a relationship with the owner , he cares about making sure your phone is being fixed , quick , affordable and correctly.

I just got my girlfriend screen fix when I talk to somebody on the phone they told me the screen would be $69 dollars with taxe make $72 but when my girlfriend came back to pick her phone up they said the total was $76 and yall put a display screen on her phone. messages keep popping up on her phone sayin her screen unknown I suggest nobody go cell phone zone they a rip off ?
