Cavalier Mazda has excellent service technicians, well trained and licensed. Very pleased with rotation of my tires, full synthetic oil & filter change, VA State Inspection, full circle Maintenance Inspection, and a complimentary car wash. Returned recently (11/28/23) for service to the driver's side of my vehicle...experiencing a cracking noise near door area. The technician lubricated the seat assembly and the noise has disappeared. ??

Brought a friend in today for his first new car What an amazing experience! The professionalism is second to none! The joy -happiness in my friends eyes was worth the time spent here. They have None of the additional dealer Mark up do to market demand! Other dealerships should be ashamed they still take advantage of people I'll be back for a car for me in 4 months and will not even consider another dealership

Austin and group were amazing. There was no up charging. The MSRP was the MSRP, and that was the price. I actually ordered the car from them despite living 3 hours away, in northern Virginia. Locally, the dealer was trying to up charge me several thousand dollars above the MSRP on a car they didn't have in stock, and would esentially be ordering for me (in addition to an inflated MSRP over what Mazda listed on their official site, and a higher delivery cost). The local dealer also was not truthful in letting me know that what I wanted was available in the same state from another dealer (they told me after searching there was nothing available from North Carolina through Pennsylvania, when Cavalier not only had the trim I wanted, but also the exact color and interior). I stumbled upon Cavalier Mazda on line. They were prompt in responding to my inquiry, and were polite, honest, and a joy to work with. There were no up charges over the Mazda price. We took care of everything remotely by phone/email/text. They actually drove the car up to me, and made every step of the process as smooth and painless as I could imagine. I've never had a car purchase experience like this before! I would encourage anyone looking to buy a Mazda in the mid-Atlantic region, not just locally to Chesapeake, VA, to reach out to Beau, Austin, Chris, and the group at Cavalier Mazda.

Their service department is absolute garbage. We had to come back THREE times due to a recall and they managed to do something wrong each time, while also avoiding responsibility for their lack of knowledge. After picking up the car for the third time, check engine light is on and it smells like gas. Not coming back here ever again.

I had the best experience of buying a car that I have ever had. Phil and Beau were great. I called the office yesterday minutes before they closed and they answered all polite and let me know to swing by this morning. I got there a tad early and Phil helped me start looking for a vehicle that was perfect for me. He went above and beyond with customer service and Beau was there helping as well. Normally, it is one sales person that takes HOURS. This place was in and out in about an hour... if not two max. They were the best and I could not have asked for a better deal. After yesterday going through four dealerships, this was... by far... the best. Absolutely recommend this dealership and please ask for Phil or Beau. They will make your experience fun, friendly, and the budget you are looking for. Thank you Phil and Beau. Will be seeing you all again!

I had a great experience. I traded in my 2012 Honda Civic LX and got a nice trade in amount. Left with my first luxury car- Mazda CX 30. My family and I will be back soon! I heard they have a deal for household members.

Free coffee, and the lady at the front let me change the TV too. The workers are always so nice here and know how to joke around. Love the adaptive customer service they offer. I regret not buying my car from here ? But my husband did.
