Their service/garage was a horrible experience... Spent 4,988 for cam phasers to be replaced. Hunter communication from the dealership for the whole week. My truck was there, I called multiple times. Left multiple voicemails. No return call, finally someone reached out! They said my bill was a certain amount to get my truck back. But when I got there somehow my bill sky rocked another 989.00 dollars..... Anyways, I get home and two 5/16 bolts aren't even put back in all the way. Literally threaded back in half way. I called the service manager back up. He told me to bring it in any a.m. I can, first off.... I brought it to a Ford dealership/garage for not only the supposed professional standards. Also the quality of work that is promoted n plastered on every other t.v. commercial. It was there for a physical 5 day work week. I feel robbed of an almost 5000 dollar experience! Nothing was thrown my way besides a "bring it in when you can" and a BILL. UNBELIEVABLE ?? and unacceptable.

Was gonna take over a week to even look at vehicle that I just bought there 2 months ago. Took it elsewhere just to find out brakes and calipers were all bad yet cavalier just did state inspection. Tells me used cars get inspections slapped on them and roll to the sales lot. Funny thing is they sold me the car that needed all this work but sales played it off like it goes through a multi point check. If it did , must have been an incompetent tech that day because $1799 for work on a car that they checked 300 miles after purchase is a crock of you know what. Take your business elsewhere!!!!

When you purchase a new car from a dealer and then service/maintain the car at that dealer for 6 years (everything from oil changes to scheduled "mileage" maintenance) when it's absolutely cheaper to go anywhere except a dealer you expect that when something actually goes wrong, and your car needs serviced you can get an appt. in less than 6 weeks. We dropped our car on a Sunday (March 25th) because the "wrench" warning (drive train issue) illuminated briefly, and the car (hybrid) is not charging completely. I received a call on Monday morning from the service department (Nicole) stating that they couldn't get to the car until the end of April. I understand we didn't have an appt. but the first available appt. is more than a month away?? I told her that was ridiculous, and we couldn't with a single car as we both work. She said they "might" be able to get to it within a couple weeks. I mention that we were in the market for a new vehicle and asked why I would buy another Ford if I can't get a appt. for service sooner than 4 -6 weeks. This is where she became RUDE. She stated that all dealerships are the backed up this long. I told her that I have a Chevy truck and when I call with an issue they get my truck in the next day. She told me that isn't true, and that when she called the GMC dealer not long ago that they were 2 weeks backed up. I told her 2 weeks is better than a month, but that Hall Chevrolet always gets my truck in with days of me calling. She said that's just not true - so now I am a liar! When I hung up the phone, I called my service advisor (Adam) at Hall Chevy (Chesapeake/western Branch), explained the situation and what was happening, he said bring it in tomorrow morning....hmmmmm. I told him I had one more call to make and I would let him know. I called Cavalier Ford in Western Branch and made an appt. for the car the next day - WAIT why didn't Nicole recommend I try them (same name different location) and why would she try to convince me that everyone is backed up over a month. I called chevy (Adam) back thanked him for his customer service and told him I was able to get in at another Ford dealer. Bottom line, I will buy another vehicle from Chevy, Cavalier Ford Greenbrier has lost a sale, and lost my business. The service manager should have a face to face with Nicole!

Jen and her staff were extremely helpful, professional and prompt. The communication was excellent. Rhonda the shuttle driver went out of her way to give me a ride home. It was worth the drive to Chesapeake to do business with Cavalier. I'll be back because these people do it the right way.

Initially was pleased with the service but quickly became disappointed upon realizing that my instructions weren't followed. Went in due to 1 broken/unresponsive tpms sensor and 2other unresponsive tpms sensors the 4th was still functioning (these are the originals). I ordered some at Autozone that were for the vehicle but they wouldn't connect with the computer. So I went by the dealership and spoke to a service writer about it, explained the situation, he quoted me my estimated price, and I brought it in the following morning to get done. Upon leaving the vehicle I told the service writer that I had the original sensors from the vehicle in the cup holder for reference and also that I needed the sensors off the wheels to return to the Autozone since they didn't work as described. When I picked up the vehicle in the evening (after hours) I noticed that there were no sensors in the cup holder or anywhere in the vehicle when I should have had 8 sensors =4original+4aftermarket. Since it was a Friday I had to wait until Monday when I went back and spoke with the same service writer about it, he went to the shop to inquire about it and brought back a box that only had 5 all broken sensors in it due to me having to get to work I called back to the dealership informing them of the situation and nothing was done or even attempted. I lost money due to not getting my aftermarket sensors back so I could return them

Went in for 50,000 standard service, inspection and oil change for my vehicle. I had a terrible experience. They where very rude about my service warranty and maintenance packages. They had my vehicle for 4 days before I got it back. Just 5 months later, before my service was due again my engine coolant low light came on. Took my car to Priority Ford instead and was told that it was evident that the service I took my car to Cavalier Ford for was not actually performed. Save yourself the time and money and go to Priority.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
