Very accommodating for a last minute service! Without an appointment, I was able to drop off my Transit for an oil change & tire rotation. They worked it in & called a few hours later. Can't ask for anything more.

Jen and her staff were extremely helpful, professional and prompt. The communication was excellent. Rhonda the shuttle driver went out of her way to give me a ride home. It was worth the drive to Chesapeake to do business with Cavalier. I'll be back because these people do it the right way.
