“I've said it a couple of times already...I wasn't even going to come here because of the appearance of all of the shops in the area. But after a couple of recommendations and reading the reviews, I figured they must be doing something right! Don't let the cost here scare you! You DEFINITELY get what you pay for in customer service, quality of the work, and they're very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions you may have! Only suggeation for them though, is I think they should have like a wireless doorbell or something so they know someone is at the counter. But once they got me in, they had me out pretty quickly! While there is a wait (recommended that you schedule an appointment as walk-ins aren't guaranteed and also if you're going to pay with your insurance you call them first before scheduling your appointment), service is quick once they start on your vehicle. “We couldn’t be happier with our experience with this location! From start to finish, they went above and beyond. Months after they fixed our 4Runner, we ran into some squeaking with the trunk. We could not figure out the cause and it was driving us both nuts, Danny our tech, checked every aspect of the car and solved our issue completely. He even went as far as riding in the back of the car as we drove down bumpy roads so he could hear the issue. This location never made us feel like a burden for returning 3 months later. We will forever recommend this location! Thank you all!”
