I have been using Bradshaws Auto Repair for approximately 13 years. Terry and his tech's have worked on everything of mine. 2003 F-250, 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis, 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis, 1990 F-150, 1994 Ford Ranger as well as my classic vehicles (1968 Dodge Dart and 1966 Ford F100). He has worked on transmission linkages, replaced and or repaired A/C Systems on three of my older vehicles, ball joints, wheel bearings, and a cylinder head gasket and water pump replacement on my daughters old Ford Taurus. .Very competent, professional and honest. Bradshaws is my go to shop.

I'm done with this place. Get there at 4 for a reinspection and they can't do it even though they close at 5. Not because they are busy but because they want to leave early. They charged me $50 for a loose bulb in my wife's vehicle during inspection. They failed my son's saying leaking brake lines which was B's because we took it to another shop and they passed it immediately. No leaks and brakes work fine. This place isn't trust worthy at all

This place is a joke, Terry will make you feel like he is reliable and wants to fix your vehicle but the truth is if you don't own a corvette or know exactly what the issue is he will make excuses, out right lies and sit on your vehicle for multiple weeks with no updates because he really doesn't care. I honestly could not believe the lies this guy was telling me everytime I asked for an update, meanwhile I'm losing thousands of dollars not being able to run my business without my vehicle. I went in for what was most likely a bad ground wire that wouldn't allow the truck to start, he had the audacity to tell me he was waiting on parts, another time told me he was working on the ac???? My ac works fine not the reason it was there and he hadn't even touched my truck at that point so what parts would he need?? I'm sure at one time he was a good mechanic you could trust be he obviously is losing his mind, I'm sure I won't be the only customer he loses, had to get the vehicle towed to another mechanic, so disappointingService: Engine repair

Terry at Bradshaw Auto Services was very pleasant, to work with. He said that it wouldn't take all day and he was so right. First time I have ever taken my car any whereand it was done before the time was up. He did a great job. I give would tell everyone about Terry

I was really hoping this would be my go to guy. Very nice. Seemed straight up and reliable. I asked for an estimate call, said he'd call me the next day. Christmas was just a couple days away and I was relying on the estimate to decide on the work being done or waiting until the following paycheck as Christmas for my kid and family wasn't going to be easy this year. No call. I waited 2 days, heard nothing, and called. I was told the estimate wasn't going to amount to much, basically no need for concern. Just antifreeze and fluids as I had taken the vehicle in with an overheating issue. Thankfully, I was skeptical, and didn't buy Christmas gifts because when all was said and done, he hit me with a 264.00 bill for an oil change I didn't request or Ok. I was charged a whopping 227.00 for 2 gallons of antifreeze. I'm sure the labor of pouring it was intense though. Whether an estimate is for "parts" or "labor" it still comes from the same bank account. When questioned about the estimate of "nothing" from the AM, I was told that was the estimate for parts, not labor. An estimate when requested includes these things as a total amount and the mechanic should be transparent when a customer asks for a cost. Not "it won't be anything"...and then hit me up with a huge bill for services I neither OKed nor requested. These services that were so generously provided by Terry without my permission were planned based on my budget for the paycheck AFTER Christmas. But because they were done anyway, I ended up paying an exorbitant amount for what amounted to an oil change (70.00 elsewhere) and fluids. I can buy antifreeze for 15.00. rather than the 227.00 he charged. I can get an oil change for 75-80 AFTER CHRISTMAS. So, I had to tell my son and family I would show up Christmas empty handed and would ship their gifts on the next paycheck. My suggestion for Terry, is actual communication, give an actual total estimate, and do only the repair or work requested or permitted by the owner. Padding a bill with un-requested services or being coy is not a good business practice and doesn't result in repeat business. 264.00 may not "amount to much" by this business owners standards, but to some of us this makes a huge difference. While Terry seems to have great reviews, I myself did not have the best experience. Still looking for a local mechanic with fair cost and integrity.
