Marley was exceptional at helping me out when I needed a new phone after I lost my previous one came in at 730ish and he stayed to make sure my new phone was up and running, many thanks to him and his customer service

I arrived to the store at 7:30pm the man behind the counter said they were closed and the door was locked. The sign clearly stated they close at 8:00 pm.

The customer service from, “Lateafh”, was fine. Unfortunately, after leaving this store my mother’s card was used for fraudulent purchases. My mother rarely uses her card and this store was the only one she was in contact with. Thank goodness my mother has a fraud alert on her card, who knows how many other charges would have went through. Also, it is very disappointing that there is no way to get in contact with a district manager unless to call the store and speak with an associate. It is hard to trust anyone at this store after an event like this.

Went in to get a new phone yesterday and Marley was a huge help. Gave me some good advice and helped me find the phone that was right for me! Highly recommend this boost store, very helpful folks here.

Do not open on time and close earlier that what they advertised. Wait 15 minutes for store to open at 11:00 ? really. 11:15 you guess it still close. Time look for another company!

People Work here scammmm don’t buy any phone in this store . Totally scam and robbing the customers. This store Overcharged me $300 they said no refund pls don’t go to that store. I Never recommend this store to anyone garbage store and scam becarful everyone

I visited this location on 7/12/2021 at 10:30 am. First, the door was locked when I arrived at 10:30 and the business hours posted said the location opens at 10:00am. However, this was not a big issue. Alexi (the store employee) opened the door, but told me that she only takes monthly payments and I would have to go to the store on Atlantic Ave (on VA Beach - 30 miles away) to purchase anything. I asked if she would call the store Manager, Tony. But she refused. She said she was in the middle of inventory and couldn't help me. The customer service here was extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend visiting this location.

Customer service was great. I left the store satisfied. My phones service wasn't working for so long even after I paid the bill. I called customer support which they tried to troubleshoot the problem but it didn't work. Definitely frustrating. So I decided to go in a store and thankful that I did. The lady was able to fix the problem so fast and now my phone works properly.

I got a new phone and my SIM card was incompatible. I went to the store in ocean view because it is close to me. What a mistake that was. The lady gave me a new SIM card and switched my phone to the extended Network without my knowledge then told me that my phone was incompatible with the extended Network and I would need to pay to go back down to the standard network. After 6 hours I left that store with a phone that no longer worked and the intentions of switching my services to T-Mobile. I decided to try one more boost Mobile location which was this one. When I walked in I was greeted by NyJia who quickly apologized for my experience at the other location. I explained my issues and she was able to switch my SIM card and have me out the door in under 10 minutes. What a difference! NyJia and the woman working with her were absolutely amazing and I will never go to another boost location.

I used to love the people there the vibe was always awesome I would recommend anyone there but now I really don’t know it is so dry there now. If I don’t see the young lady Victoria there I don’t like to pay my bill I will turn around. I wish they would bring her back at this location. The new people there have great deals too but it’s just not the same
