Marley was exceptional at helping me out when I needed a new phone after I lost my previous one came in at 730ish and he stayed to make sure my new phone was up and running, many thanks to him and his customer service

I arrived to the store at 7:30pm the man behind the counter said they were closed and the door was locked. The sign clearly stated they close at 8:00 pm.

The customer service from, “Lateafh”, was fine. Unfortunately, after leaving this store my mother’s card was used for fraudulent purchases. My mother rarely uses her card and this store was the only one she was in contact with. Thank goodness my mother has a fraud alert on her card, who knows how many other charges would have went through. Also, it is very disappointing that there is no way to get in contact with a district manager unless to call the store and speak with an associate. It is hard to trust anyone at this store after an event like this.

Went in to get a new phone yesterday and Marley was a huge help. Gave me some good advice and helped me find the phone that was right for me! Highly recommend this boost store, very helpful folks here.

Do not open on time and close earlier that what they advertised. Wait 15 minutes for store to open at 11:00 ? really. 11:15 you guess it still close. Time look for another company!

People Work here scammmm don’t buy any phone in this store . Totally scam and robbing the customers. This store Overcharged me $300 they said no refund pls don’t go to that store. I Never recommend this store to anyone garbage store and scam becarful everyone
