Even though I'm always there for not so great reasons, Blue Pearl Greenbrier is a fabulous place. Every staff member is professional, kind, and caring. They truly have your fur baby's best interests at heart and make you feel welcome.

Dr. Brewer and the associated staff at BluePearl provided treatment for my 14 year old Shiba Inu (lymphoma) with kindness and compassion and were very thorough with their explanations. They always worked with us around our schedules and communicated promptly. Can't recommend them enough.

I called this place after trying to find out what were my options to take my sick puppy so he can get looked at, Jennifer answered the phone I explained to her my concerns and asked what were my options she immediately caught an attitude and I asked her is there any options where I lived in a nasty manner she said no everything is in Virginia Beach I told her that she didn’t have to be rude and she hung up on me I called back and asked to speak to a manager she says oh I am the manager I asked could I speak to someone above her she said no and hung up again ! So I need someone to call me back or email me or I will call the Better Business Bureau and make a complaint there.

They staff was very kind and the doctor was thorough. I appreciated the fact that my original appointment was for August but when they had a cancellation they promptly called and got my pup in sooner. Thank you Blue Pearl. Your hard work is appreciated!!!

The whole staff were so helpful and kind with Tanner. They were able to correctly diagnose him and he is doing amazing. I can't thank them enough for having an appointment available for us that afternoon . They were the fourth veteran clinic I had called that morning. Thank you again

Even though they could not see my sick pup immediately for emergency care, Courtney went out of her way to squeeze me into an appointment slot for later that same afternoon. Meanwhile she provided me with a list of other places and encouraged me to find someone who could take me in even sooner. I did, and ended up cancelling my appointment at BluePearl, but I am grateful to Courtney for going above and beyond for some frantic fur baby mama on the telephone.

We took LULU in Thurs. MAY 22. Everyone at the Blue Pearl GB office was very professional and attentive to our concerns and treatment for our for 14 y/o cat's health. She was given an exam, treated for constipation and given meds to go by Dr Thomas. She rallied some but died from a grand mal seizure early Sunday morning. We are, of course, heartbroken but it must have been her time to go. She had a long and great life for a little street cat that wandered to our door long ago.

I saw Dr Brewer on Monday June 17 with our sweet cat. Unfortunately she had stage 4 lymphoma and I had to make the heartbreaking decision to get her euthanized that day. THANK YOU Dr. Brewer and Mike who were with me when our sweet girl passed away! Thank you Jennifer and Meghan- I am glad we saw Dr. Brewer who is internist and oncologist- I am a Nurse myself and I appreciate your kindness. As I fell apart and was crying already Jennifer was kind enough to get me water. Dr. Brewer was so kind and caring in my overwhelming grief! Blue Pearl in Chesapeake and Dr. Brewer and his team 15/10

From the moment they received my referral from my primary veterinarian to the end of the clinic processing was absolutely amazing. Both technicians that I encountered were absolutely so nice and supportive. The veterinarian was kind and explained everything to me with comfort and ease. I couldn’t imagine anybody having a bad thing to say about this specialist. I am super happy and impressed by the care, compassion and knowledge Blue Pearl has to offer.

Outstanding service. Dr Moore and staff are outstanding. Dr Moore found an additional issue with our Husky which was addressed, and saved our dog's life. We are extremely grateful.
