This place is honestly the worst place I think I've ever received flowers from. I would give 0 stars. I place a order last week from 1-800-flowers for my co-worker's wedding. I spent over $80 on flowers. The arrangement looked like a bouquet from Wal-Mart. I called her because 1-800-flowers said they would be re-delivered so I called this place and the lady was completely rude. She said that it's not going to look like the picture. The vase wasn't even the same!! Their customer service was absolutely horrible and I would never recommend them to anyone! I attached pictures of what I ordered vs what I recieved. It's truly disheartening that I order flowers for someone special for a very special occasion and this establishment literally didn't care. They are basically stealing money from people by taking the money from 1-800-flowers and then giving the customer a half a** vase of flowers that I could have gotten from walmart for $20.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY ON THIS FLORIST OR WHATEVER THEY ARE! MY DAUGHTER PURCHASED A PEACE LILY FOR ME FOR MY BIRTHDAY AND MOTHER'S DAY. WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PLANT IT WAS! BUT DAY AFTER DAY YELLOW LEAVES WERE COMING UP, TOOK THE PLANT OUT AND IT HAD ROOT ROT ON IT! MY SON GOES TO GET A REPLACEMENT, SAME THING! THEN I CALLED HER AND SHE WASN'T NICE AND HUNG UP IN MY EAR! I RECEIVED THE FIRST PLANT MAY 10 AND IT IS MAY 27, AND STILL HAVING PROBLEMS! BUYER BEWARE! I HAVE MONSTERAS, PINK PRINCESS PHILODENDRONS AND A 3 YEAR OLD PEACE LILY, I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH PLANTS! SHE SAID "I DON'T KNOW WHAT UR DOING TO THEM!" IT HAS TO BE YOU, PLANTS DON'T NORMALLY COME WITH ROOT ROT! IM SO ANGRY! DON'T BUY FROM HERE

Spent $80 through 1-800-Flowers to have what was advertised at an Extra Large arrangement done by a local florist. I have done this many times in the past and the recipients have all expressed how much they enjoyed the flowers. This purchase was for Mother’s Day flowers. I received a notification saying that a delivery attempt had been made (5/11) when in reality, no one ever came to the door or even down my street at the time. The next day I received a Delivered email (5/12) when once again no one ever came to the door or down the street. I contacted 1-800-Flowers who after being unable to get in-contact with this florist put in for a replacement order. The flowers were just delivered today (5/13) and while pretty, are no where near $80 worth. The driver didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell. I have never heard of this florist but after seeing their reviews on Yelp, I am surprised that they are still being used since I am not the only one who has had similar problems. I suggest getting your flowers in person should you choose to use this florist or you may be equally disappointed with them.

Yuck! Look at these nasty brown flowers, which just arrived. Yesterday I received a message from one 800 flowers saying that flowers had been delivered but nothing was actually delivered. I guess they lied after calling customer service one 800 flowers about the delivery which didn’t arrive someone drop these off at my door and then dashed away before I could talk to them. Look at these nasty white roses with the brown edges. Don’t they look old to you? Poor customer, service, and Browning old flowers. What more can you ask for?

Nice flowers for my wife for Mother's Day but delivery person needs some training, Doorbell rang and by the time I had walked through 2 rooms to get to door person was pulling out of driveway. When you are 86 with arthritis you can't run to the door! I went to open door but fortunately I looked at where delivery person had put flowers. If I had opened the storm door the flowers would have been hit by door and we would have had flowers and a broken vase all over the porch. I had to go outside , walk around house, pick up flowers and return. Didn't need the pain from four up/ down stair trips -2 sets of stairs -to do this. Order #3961-Capt. Wheaton

I received a very pitiful bouquet from this company today. I called them to let them know that there is no way the arrangement I received was worth the price paid. The flowers ordered were a small bouquet which explains the sparseness of the bouquet but not the poor quality of the flowers and arrangement all together. They explained that floral prices have risen so that they have to charge more and I understand that also, however if you are going to raise your prices then you should maintain your quality. I am very disappointed in the quality and service of this company.

Blooming Dale's gave me such wonderful service today, I cannot express it enough. They were incredibly kind and helpful and I wasn't even in the store for flowers or gifts, I was renting a moving truck. It sounds odd, I know...when I made the reservation online and saw the pick up location I thought it odd myself. However, I will tell you as someone who has rented more than a few Uhauls, this was by far the best experience yet. They asked me helpful questions to ensure I was getting the best rate and ended up saving me almost $100! I recently moved to the area near the shop and can tell you that because of my service today I will only buy flowers or plants from them! I highly recommend them, absolutely lovely people.

Disappointed is an understatement. I called them to let them know that I was dissatisfied with the arrangement that was delivered to my mother for her 65th birthday. The woman who answered basically told me I was wrong and they made the arrangement the way I ordered it. The photos speak for themselves. $85 dollars for an arrangement I could have gotten at Walmart for 15 bucks.

Ordered 7 flower bouquets 2 days prior last minute and 15 minutes prior to close that day. They where very super friendly and knowledgeable. Got everthing I needed and ready for pickup when I needed them. Excellent quality and service. Thank You Blooming Dales!!Rearranged the bouquets into beautiful floral arrangements after my ceremony.

This is awful, Mothers Day flowers were supposed to be delivered Thursday 5/5 but came today Saturday 5/7. Delivery person didn't wait for my wife to accept the flowers for a very good reason.Blooming Dales Florist Order # 29107099All alstromeria are wilted and/or broken.At least 2 of the lillies have browning.No "floral preservative" provided.Can't reach them Saturday. Sure hope our kids never use them again.

Ordered flowers from Blooming Dales and was extremely disappointed with the quality of flowers: wilted, almost dead and not even what I ordered. They then lied about a redelivery. Do not use this florist, you (and the recipient of the flowers) will be disappointed.

I had NO IDEA that I could rent a U-Haul from a florist's shop, but doing so was fantastic! Lynn and her staff are friendly and real, the shop is neat, and the rental experience itself was flawless. Next time I need flowers, I know where I'm going. Thank you ladies, and please give Mandalorian some chin scratches for me!

You would think by now this business would get in touch with 1800flowers and ask for better instructions or pictures if this is their problem. This is their excuse for every bad review on here. The flowers I received were nothing like what my husband ordered for Mother's Day. He spent 77 dollars and I got the smallest bunch of flowers ever. Note in the picture there should be two sunflowers, lily (none) and other flowers are missing. I hope they go out of business because basically they're stealing peoples money.
