Don’t know how to put tires on right, made it blow out from the inside 3 times by making it fall off and cutting it with their machine when they put it on the rim, only 1 guy there, no one is supervising to make sure it’s even done correctly, over all terrible experience, I won’t be going back

I am very happy with the service I have gotten from the tire shop at Chesapeake BJs. There is always one guy in there doing everything alone, really hope management recognized him.

Everything you need and more. Meat department was stocked full. The bakery had what I needed plus you can order a special cake for any occasion I shopped Sams club and Costco before finding out about BJs from a friend. I can say BJ s out shines both Sams and Costco with no comparison Gas prices are low. And if you purchase the Mastercard plus one card you get an additional 15 cents off a great saving on gasBJ s is my go to store

So far have spent two hours getting tires done that were ordered and scheduled over a week ago, they only have one guy working on changing tires, working I tire quotes and filling propane tanks. Extremely poor management, I would recommend steering clear unless you like wasting your valuable time.

Yes! BJs fuel prices are great. I just put my fuel booster and now I am filling up my tank. I love his location. Super clean and orderly all the time. Free air all the time. I enjoy refueling while I plan my grocery list. This location is next to Aldi's. So I pump my gas, go into BJs to buy my bulk items, meats, and produce then to Aldi's. This location is so awesome! The attendant is always helpful. Love it.

my wife and I shop here often, and like it for the most part. you all have a manager in this store however, named Dana or Donna who needs to be trained better. we were shopping today, the line to the registers was a disaster, and none was doing anything to help it. one young man waved us up to a front register to check us out, while he was doing this, Dana yells across the floor, that he is to never check out people at that register... WHAT? This young man, unlike Dana, was attempting to help the people that pay her salary, and she was doing nothing. A: you never reprimand an employee in front of others. B: she could have walked her lazy self over and said... thanks for the initiative, but we do not use these for checkout, and she could have done it professionally! she needs to be trained or fired if she is untrainable!

Before I begin let me start off by saying that this review is based solely on my opinion and my opinion alone so with that being said let's go! BJ's wholesale club is all that it says, self explanatory to its fullest! You have most if not all of your necessities in bulk at more than reasonable prices so if want quantity at quality prices than this is the place for you! They even have fuel pumps at reasonable prices as well so you can shop for groceries and household items as well as fill up your vehicle tanks all at one spot. I call that a 2fer! ( I know that's not a word so don't judge me ) HaHaHa

I needed tires and they had a sale. Perfect. After having to call several times to talk to someone to see if they had tires in my size, I was told to just order online to ensure they would have them. I did that on April 6th and set an appointment for the 8th since he also told me that ordering online meant next-day delivery, which was faster than if he ordered them. Cool. The morning of the 8th, I call to see if the tires came in. Again, lots of wait time to get an answer to ...

I like BJ's. They have a nice variety of items. I feel like it is a lesser version of Costco, but close and less traffic. They seem to have most of the things I need and it's close to home so that's good.

Terrible customer service. I was on the phone for a very long time trying to get someone at the tire center to answer. No one ever picked up the phone even after asking the customer service to page them. I definitely don’t recommend this place they seem to be very lazy.

1) Arrived at the BJ's Tire Center located at 2301 Taylor Rd, Chesapeake, Va on 1/2/21 at 8:50 AM for a 9:00 AM scheduled opening. Nobody showed up until 9:15 AM. 2) The reason for my visit was to have my T.I.P.S Tire Sensors replaced. Mechanic stated that they did not have sensors for my vehicle in stock. The mechanic stated that they should have the correct sensors by 1/4/21 and he scheduled an appointment to have them installed. 3) At 2:00 PM on 1/4/21 a different mechanic called to inform me that they did not have the sensors, he didn't know when they would be getting anymore in stock and that they would not be able to help me. He suggested that I go somewhere else for service. 4) I have been buying tires from this particular store for numerous years. I guess that they do not want my business anymore. I scheduled an appointment with Tread Quarters (Chesapeake, Va) who were very accommodating.
