Continue to ask myself why I stay at BJ’s?
I’m a once a month shopper. So I purchase what I’m gonna need monthly.
I items that I normally get are often not in stock .
This is hugely inconvenient for me again since I’m only there monthly .
My most recent visit Saturday Saturday, August 3, 2024 . I require two flatbed carts for the amount that I purchased. They normally have several flatbed carts upfront however, this most recent visit they only had one they have four by the way inside loaded with items I guess for people that are going to pick up their orders however, I asked Alexander if there were any other flatbed carts the one that I had I said no I need to. We’ll have to go outside then and get one. I can almost see this response at Lowe’s or Home Depot but I had a place where I’m paying membership. I would expect that they stay on top of flatbed or cart in general use.
Continue to think and process if I can order everything that I buy at BJ’s through e-commerce, it would save me a trip in aggravation that I’m constantly finding myself going through at BJ’s .

The one BJs that doesn’t carry Carnation Breakfast Essentials for some reason. Annoying.

I was told on the phone before I even coming here the tire center would be open till 8:00. Which was a lie of which I brought it up to management and they refuse to do anything despite what their associates stated. And I started stating how proper business should be because I have ran a business for over 23 years. She did not like the truth so she was very unprofessional and very rude because she walked away from me as I was speaking this is not how you deal with customers instead you try to make good on what you tell a customer. This store is very unprofessional very rude and they have no problems with the lion to a customer. So don't believe anything you get told over the phone.

One guy changing tires and doing propane… cmon BJs management, you should do better for your customers and employees! I’ll never come back again!

Great location. Usually pretty well stocked. Prices are going up but I guess that everywhere. The only complaint I have is that they have discontinued stocking some of my essential. Certain oils and pastas.

Bj’s wholesale club Taylor road.
I wanted to share some feedback from your club. The team member CHRISTIAN behind the membership desk was simply AMAZING! He walked me through everything, explained everything so throughly, and introduced me to your rewards membership, and perks Mastercard. I was new and he made me feel important. He even helped me download the app and clip coupons. I had a rough day that day and he truly turned my day around. I was shopping at sam’s that day and they wouldn’t even help me. So I called a friend and she told me to try BJ’s and I’m so very pleased I did. CHRISTIAN did such an amazing job he had the patience of 1,000 people. Kudos to him and the staff there. Id like management to know how pleased I am with him and my visit! I will also like to say he held a lot of restraint because there were some very rude people in front of me that were being very ugly but he held him composure and stayed very professional. I just had to give kudos to him on such a great job because that couldn’t have been me. Shout out to CHRISTIAN. I look forward to shopping here again!

Went to get gas and the attendant was very rude and unfriendly. Won't be returning here again.

Waited in line at customer service for an hour 6 people in line and two elderly who should have been retired were waiting on people. Average time 10-15 minutes per person. They couldn’t take care of one person by themselves they both had to take care of the customers. They need to put some younger people on service desk or open up mor. This is sad and ridiculous
They said we have a new system we are trying to learn. Perhaps they should have been inserviced more prior. My time is precious to me also, i don’t get paid to stand and wait and i am disabled

Items missing from my order; can't anyone to answer the phone; on hold 1.5 hours total made about six calls; no depertment at the club answers phone just puts on hold & then someone picks up & hangs up.

6:58 pm is not 7 pm. If I pay for a membership and pull up at 6:58, you can wait the 3 minutes for me to get gas. You guys pull this all the time. I will not be renewing, I’ll be taking my business to your competitors.

Two days in a row showed up to talk to the AT&T store rep about changing plans. Apparently they normally hound you, but I can't find one. Even customer service didn't know where they were. Guess I'll go else were for phones.

Prices close to retail but in large quantities. Maybe good if you have a large family.
