I had a really bad job done to my car at a different store and the workers at Al’s made sure EVERYTHING was fixed within a day! They are all super helpful and the gentleman at the front desk really takes his time to make sure you understand what’s going on with your car and what he can do to solve it. You can definitely tell when a business’ main priority isn’t money but their customers safety and wellbeing instead. Will definitely be back if needed and I recommend them to anyone.

Very friendly and informative. Thought my brakes and rotors needed to be fixed because of noise but they informed me it was just due to the hot temperatures. They could have easily took my money but didn’t. They fixed my brake monitor which I was told was unfixable by Suttle Motors Dealership ?. They are also very affordable. Been spending hundreds at a dealership on services and this place was around the corner the whole time ?. I could have been saving money.

I love the friendliness and the biggest factor of honesty. The mechanics were helpful and truthful. The cost for repairs were more than reasonable and the communication was great!! I highly recommend Big Al's !!!!

The service was excellent. I called with an issue, and he advised me to bring it in right away. It was ready the next morning at a fair price. The bathroom was clean, and the sitting area nice. The location is great too. I highly recommend.

I had to give them 5 stars! I took my car to another mechanic for them to replace the upper radiator hose and they did it but it was not done properly! My car was overheating so I decided to have my car towed to Big Al’s and they saved my engine! They noticed that the prior mechanic did not clamp the hose in place and thankfully the hose didn’t come off but it could’ve and would’ve destroyed my engine! They were very courteous and informative! I really appreciate them and will return back!
