I went there this morning to inquire about a inspection and I attempted to park my car on their property and a mechanic starting waving his hand at me as I roll down my window he said really rude to me don't park there he could have been more respectful cause it wasn't like it was any sign there to say don't park there..After that I just drove off and took my business elsewhere.

I was in Chesapeake from out-of-town and took a car to this shop for a pre-purchase inspection. They were exremely friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. They really took the time to explain the potential issues that they found with the car and their pricing was amazing- maybe even too cheap! If I didn't live so far away, I would be a customer for life! I couldn't recommend them enough!Service: Vehicle Inspection

This automotive shop is literally 100 yards away from my workplace. I have several family members and friends that take their vehicles here for multiple reasons. I dropped my car off here for an oil change on a weekday. They had it ready in a couple hours. When I got home I realized they didn't place a reminder sticker on my windshield. I also saw that my car did not automatically reset the oil change life. I called and spoke with Brian. He was super helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable with me. He told me to stop by the next day & they would take care of everything. Well, he sure did. They actually ran out of stickers and he gladly placed one on the windshield for me. He also reset my oil life meter. I had a couple questions about my tires and he took time out to explain what I wanted to know. I'll be taking my vehicle here from now on is an understatement!
