I bought a TV on 5-13-25, and the employee said the receipt would be on my Best Buy online account. However, the receipt is inaccurate. I have contacted the local store, customer service phone number, and the corporate email address. I have still not received an accurate receipt.

I LOVE THIS STORE! The best TVs, appliances and electronics. The employees here are so pleasant and knowledgeable! Any questions on TVs , smart Camaras, anything. They have the answers. Love this specific store/location as well.

Always a positive experience, the staff always find a way to help me get just what I need... everytime I have had a problem they find a way to fix it. I'll definitely continue shopping here!

I had a bad customer service experience at the store. I went to buy an Apple Pencil, but the sales representative kept asking which iPad model I had. IEven after I answered, she seemed distracted and was on the phone .She wasn't helpful. When my husband took over, she still asked the same questions. She didn't seem knowledgeable about the product and rushed us to pay and leave without saying anything. It was frustrating

Purchase online and in a few days wanting the product to be ready with shelves they return the product and put someone there name angel and did not have the product worst experience of online purchasing possible.

Not a fan. Had to travel from NC to pick up new tablet. Did trade in and answered all the questions. Them show up to pick up and they offer half what I was quoted. Asked for a manager to review and the on staff manager Mike did not even bother to come up and look. Told them I was just going to keep the old ipad and they then stated we'll I would have to cancel my order and re pay for the entire thing after I have already been charged full amount. Basically forced me to trade in the old one at half the value. Manager was super lazy and will never use this store again

Great employees. I was greeted at the door with a friendly smile. Then while looking for the cable modems an employee showed me where they were.

Now that they have been carrying more PC parts in the last few years I will gladly spend my money here. Nice to be able to get these parts locally. The nearest microcenter is in northern Virginia. Best Buy is the only place I can get at least some PC parts.

Plenty of salespeople around who were Friendly and Knowledgeable about where items are located in the store and of the item you're interested in.

I setup an appointment on the phone to replace my iPhone battery. The person on the phone said the store can replace the battery. When I came in, the person in store said they never do battery replacements, and that “the corporate office” always does this. So it was a total waster of my time. Very disappointing considering I’ve used Best Buy for iphone battery replacements in the past.
