Please don’t take your car up there. The Mechanic Allen will use your car after he is done and use it to go to his girlfriend house and will go by your house and harass you. He came by my house multiple times in different customers cars. Please don’t take it up there anymore thanks

Wasn't very welcoming when I inquired about getting a state inspection done. I felt like he didn't want to service me so I left and went to Carl's by Walmart to get my state inspection done.

I’m amazed at the stellar service that was provided, and it’s well worth the trip. My car sounds and rides so much better, and I’m truly grateful for the patience, attentiveness, attention to detail and of course attitude. I would rather make the drive here than go anywhere else.

Bernie arrived 30 minutes late to inspect my vehicle. I had waited nearly an hour and a half to be first in line because I had a pressing 10am appointment. He got into my vehicle to start it and it lurched forward. "I can't pass this because it needs a clutch sensor." Mind you, I have been to his business the past three or four years for inspections, and this was never brought up. In fact, I have owned this vehicle nearly 20 years and no inspector ever mentioned it. When I mentioned he was 30 minutes late, he retorted, "you're two years late," which was untrue. Yes the vehicle was 5 months beyond its due date, but that is not two years! He is unreasonable and utterly unhelpful --even rude. I will not go there ever again (my car is 25 years old and it is difficult for it to pass inspection because of arbitrary inspectors like Bernie).
