The owner of this company was very Genuine at the beginning I thought I was get a good car I haven’t even had the car a few months and it broke down on me and he refused to fix the car after he told me if anything went wrong with it he would fix it .well now I’m stuck with a payment and the car is broke down.this is not a good business.

These people lied, took my money, sales associates very unprofessionals I have no title,the vehicle is not in the condition that was posted they tried to buy the vehicle back for a 1000 less than I bought it, they suppose to had fixed the issue but did not fix them left the SUV unattended for 3hrs and my plates and parts was stolen off the SUV while in there possession, in my case I feel like they are only interested in the money they don't care what condition they give you the cars I tried to work with them but it just got worse and more lies told so now the owner hasn't tried to do anything else because I want my money back so to court we go if you don't want the headache and lies stay away from this place.

The sales associate "T" and his colleagues were very friendly, helpful & willing to go above & beyond to help me find the exact vehicle I was seeking. They had a couple vehicles on the lot, that I test drove but they just weren't what I wanted. "T" asked what my top 3 choices of vehicle would be that I'm looking for & promised he would find it & keep in touch as he searched. He had messaged me 2 days later in regards to some vehicles, however my situation had already changed & was no longer looking for a vehicle.I did end up finding the exact vehicle I wanted on my own (#1 in my top 3 choices), by pure luck & was able to purchase it right away, but I can take nothing away or say anything negative about Bell Auto Sport, his willingness to find what I wanted & his friendly personality was genuine & sincere. This is why I chose to write a review, even though in the end I did not purchase through this place, I firmly believe if I had not been dropped in the perfect place at the right time, T would've definitely found the right vehicle for me.

Great experience with Mr. Romeo, very patient and cares about his customers. He made every attempt to make sure I was able to leave with my car. You don’t find good service in this specific business but I found that in Romeo. I highly recommend his dealership and wish him all the best between now and the future.
