Walked in and was greeted at the door, but was ignored otherwise. Wanted to try a wig for the first time since I have short hair not willingly(not going into the the reasons why) I was hoping they would be able to give me guidance about it since while I did research I was nervous. all they said was ask your friends for more info and come back later.
For people who know what they want this place works, but don’t expect help at all, I felt embarrassed and ashamed walking out.

Very nice and wide selection. I like how they organize products by brand. I walked in 5min before closing and did not realize they were about to close. They never rushed me or made me feel uncomfortable. I even heard her tell someone on the phone she would wait for her to get there in 15min, even though they were technically closed. They were playing Gospel too. I'm new to the area and will return.

They had some of the things I was looking for. Prices were pretty high compared to other hair stores I've been to. Friendly owners tho.

Owners are very kind and friendly, always willing to help. I was able to return my perm box without a receipt since I lost mine.

I arrived at 9:20. The store did not open on time. When I left at 9:45, the store still wasn't open! I had to go elsewhere and was late for my appointment.
