Long lines on a Saturday with only two tellers on call. No security in sight with people needing access to their safety deposit boxes. Almost an hour wait time. A nightmare experience!

This has got to be the worst branch of truist. It was terrible when it was BB&T and it’s still terrible. No one should have to sit in the drive-through for 20 minutes to make a payment. There is no teller at the window. She’s busy counting big stacks of money somewhere else and not doing her job. We can all see her and there have been a car sitting in this drive through for 20 minutes. This is ridiculous. I wonder if we’ll get compensated for our gas. Probably not. I wonder if I called the bank right now and ask him if anybody works here someone would actually answer the phone.

I used this Truist branch for the first time this morning and it was very pleasant; I was served quickly and their staff was very nice! Will be returning to this location for future business instead of the JANAF location that I typically use by my job.

Today, November 27, 2023 at 11:25 amI went to make a deposit at the window because I don't have time to enter the branch and the woman who was at the window told me very arrogantly that I have to go inside to the branch to deposit, I was surprised because for years I had deposited that way and I had never had problems with the other employees of the bank, now I have to look for another branch

I have been a customer with this bank for over 20 years since it was BB&T. Since before the merger & it became Truist they have the Worst Customer Service I've Ever Seen. I would give them a Negative Star Rating if I Could. The tellers as well as the supervisors are ignorant & completely unreasonable.

The ATM seems to have been "temporarily out of service" for months, so I went through the drive through. Because there are two lines and the tellers seemed to be going back and forth between helping the drive through and the desk, they took a customer who had arrived after me before me, even though I was next and at the speaker. The teller was friendly when I was helped, but it took a lot longer than a working ATM.
