If you’re looking for a retail store that is experienced in displaying racism, this is your place. The store manager Jeni excels in it. Picking and choosing which black customers to sell to is her specialty.

Jenny the manager there clearly has a distaste for black people and it shows throughout her interactions with people of color. I noticed it along with two other customers in the store. Can’t shop in the store in peace without her worrying whether or not i’m stealing due to the color of my skin. Very distasteful and she shouldn’t be in this line of work if she wants to be racist and take it out on black people.

The store manager at this location is rude. Definitely needs someone to train her on her customer service skills. If i could give no stars i would.

I tried to go in tonight to use a coupon for my daughter that just graduated in May. I told the employee Jessy that I was using this coupon for my daughter that expired that same day since she was traveling for work (I don't shop regularly at BBW). I was instantly met with attitude and "we can't do that" and "its to prevent fraud" blah, blah blah. Even if that is your policy, the tone in which you convey that to customers is everything! After a little push back, she agreed to try the coupon only to tell me that my daughter's account isn't verified when in fact, it is. It turns out that the coupon I was trying to use expired that morning at 6AM (WHAT????). You could tell that she enjoyed telling me this too! Fortunately, I had a coupon from shopping at Christmas so I used that instead. I checked out and was on my way out of the store when I stopped to ask another employee what Jessy's name was only to turn around and see that she was talking about me to another employee in front of another customer! She is so rude and unprofessional. Take your business anywhere else but here, I know I will!

I try to stay away from this place but cannot. So many things to choose from and the staff is super friendly at helping me spend my money lol. A trip never wasted.

The selection was very limited for the items that I was looking for. Ended up only getting the free item with coupon. Very small assortment. When did they start doing tiny size freebies.

1st time I have ever gone in-store. It was very clean and organized. Wish it wasn't so busy!!! I truly didn't think that many people would have been in there. But cashier was extremely NICE helped me use all my coupons. Very happy experience. Will return if im in the area.
