Hands down my favorite candle and fragrance store. It's always well. Stocked. Staff is really friendly and they've started coming out with some nice new things like the gingham fresh.

Had the most pleasant experience today at this BNBW. Young lady at checkout (her name was Toni, maybe?) had the sweetest conversation with my 6yo son about video games. He was SO excited that she talked to him (more less listened to him ?) and said that this store was his new favorite. I've never had a bad experience here, but the kindness that she showed me and my son deserved a shout out! A couple of the other young ladies also giggled at him and were also very kind.
*Mom brain caused me to forget her name and I cannot find my receipt ??♀️

5 stars to the best Bath and Body in the 757. They treat all people no matter your color with respect. Management knows what their doing at this store. They aren't petty and don't create nonsense over petty matters. Every time I'm there they are doing their jobs, everyone is working. Employees doesn't gather in a gang discussing their lives or personal problems like the Virginia Beach stores. I love this store management style, too bad I live in Virginia Beach and have the pathetic petty stores nearby and can't always make it to this bath and body. Keep up the good work management and hopefully train Virginia Beach on how to conduct proper business ethics and teach them professionalism and manners.

Love the products, but every store is so crammed with things, that it's extremely hard to walk anywhere and not knock something down, or bump into someone. On the plus side, the employees of this location do a great job of keeping the product properly stocked on the shelves.
